required that I have to develop my person skills of Adaptability.
Strategic decision-making is also key strength which helps me in my accounting carrier. This is because it is
used under these circumstances where I have to identify there function and manage strong decision.

Weaknesses
My major weakness in my listening skills which can impact on my performance. Under this, I have to use my
listening skill for improving performance.
Lack of creativity is also act as my weakness while performing this job. This is because I accountant must be
creative an I use to be less creative in performing this function.

Opportunities
Having great knowledge of accounts helps me in better understanding finance, as I know the art of managing
money. Many job opportunities and career paths are there financial planner, banking specialist by taking
professional courses in the same field.
Now a days there is good demand of accountants so I am benefited, as you are the one who manages the finance
of the the organisation also there is a constant demand of accountants in the Industry.
After doing job I can also open by own business, as knowledge of accounts along with experience helps in
building networks which will help me in setting my business.
