B baker is the firm which provides breads to the various clients including supermarket
chain. Earlier, Company was growing devastatingly, as there were number of supplier who were
demanding of bakery items. But, nowadays, this has been seen that the the taste of the public
changes as people wants more healthy products, instead of tasty items. But the company is not
able to meet out it prices on a competitive basis. There are various business processes which
company is performing. But nowadays, this has been seen that the management of the company
needs to make their operation processes in a most effective manner so that they could fix their
prices in a most efficient manner for lowering the product price of the product in order to get the
competitive advantage.
Under this business, various products are made such as, cake, breads, biscuits and much
more (Routledge and et. al., 2010). For making that products, company needs to make their
operations in a most effective manner so that the price of the product could be lowered.
Company have various clients which are supermarket retailers and various chain operators. Cited
firm made sales to those business operators who will expand business in an efficient manner.
There are so many operations which are required to opted and for that various departments are
established that are sales, production HR, marketing, finance department. Entire processes are
used by the firm so that the entire task can be made in a very smooth manner.
Under the production process, all the activities related to the manufacturing of goods are
considered. Once the product made then the supply chain management department will arise,
after that the inventory management is used so that the resources are used in a most effective
manner. Entire activities are under the surveillance of finance or accounts departments. This is
the only department who look after all the other departments for making the business effective.
This is assumed that entire activities are performed in very smooth manner, and this could be
possible by using the HR practices effectively. At last, orders are required to be considered by
the sales department from various markets. In the last, various orders are made to the sales
department, and for enhancing the profit level, an effective marketing is done so that the more

Process is the basic requirement which are needed to be met by the firm while operating
their business activities. A good process always helps the firm to attain its pre- set targets. But,
this could be possible after having extensive research within it. Entire tasks that are need to be
performed by the bakery business, elaborated above, which are concerned, and will have to be
implemented in one or other way (Alsharayri, 2012). But, tasks are the core processes and cannot
be ignored, such as, production, supply chain management, HRM and accounts. Under B bakers
scenario, this is observed that the firm is having a sound growth. Company is having its current
issues in relation to accounts. Entire labour force who possesses great skills but, they can't assist
the firm to make the decisions which will be beneficial for the firm to get the competitive
advantages. Under this given circumstances, the major loss suffered by the company, due to the
company is not able to serve the competitive prices. Henceforth, much amount of data would be
rendered by the company in order to run the firm efficiently. For running the business efficiently,
the company is required to do research in order to get the quality information. Then, on the basis
of such accumulated information, company can make the strategies which could lead to provide
the success for the firm (Galliers and Leidner, 2014).

software would be used. Henceforth, entire systems are integrated with the procedures which are
considered. Various software under such circumstances are used that would be integrated with
