TASK
Personal Statement
Professional and personal development basically involves the improvement in the set of
skills for the purpose to gain a desired position in the organisation for the purpose to maintain
good relations among the employees. The personal development basically involves the proper
management, knowledge, planning of time, proper management etc. In this report, I will be

required to develop an understanding of the Professional and personal professional development
in order to under take a degree level of study in the field of accounting and financial
management (Anjum, 2021). For me being a student of financial and accounting management,
in the next five years I am looking myself doing a well established job and using various types of
skills for the purpose to succeed in my career. The present report will further involve the skills
and competencies against the professional standard as well also involves the production of the
personal development learning log for the purpose to develop the skills and also involves the
personal development plan that also involves a CV. The personal learning is basically a way that
helps in managing the needs and requirements for the purpose to gain a particular position in the
organisation and improving the skills set. The concept of personal learning is basically applied as
per the individuals and goals that could be achieved with the help of personal and professional
development(Vašiček and Roje, 2019).

CIMA basically stands for Code of Ethics to all the registered students and members. The
code of ethics is divided basically into three sections that basically is further divided into
Professional behavior, Objectivity, integrity, Confidentiality and professional competence and
due care. In context to ACCA, it basically states the integrity implies not in honest manner but in
context truthfulness and fair dealing. The main objective of this code of conduct is that members
should not allow conflicts, bias and undue impact of others for the purpose to override business
or professional judgments (Skoog, 2020).
Reflective Diary
From the above report, it helps in identifying the needs of development which is
considered to be a very tough task and the major development opportunities basically involves
setting up goals. In addition to that after setting up goals it is important for me to develop
academic skills in the personal life and workplace. The high quality and standardization basically
helps in developing the ability of the communicating with team members and individuals.
Through self evaluation I have analyzed various skills against the professional standard of junior
accountant. With the help of evaluation there has been a strong command on the decision making
that involves planning of operations, different financial terms, high position and various other
financial areas for the purpose to achieve high position and meeting the objectives of the
organization. In addition to that, it helps in enhancing team work, utilization of resources for the
proper management of time in accordance to the day to day financial transactions(Mnif Sellami,
and Gafsi, 2019).
Self learning is basically a approach that support the mangers in pace, control and
procedure the content of their personal learning. It involves various approaches for the purpose
to maintain the self managed learning. It also further helps in acquisition of transferable skills
that basically involves those skills which are required in various job roles and occupations. It
further involves skills such as problem solving, self control and communication skills. In
addition to that I got to learn about the high quality and standardization that helps in developing
the ability of communication in a person which are required for the purpose to develop
professional in the field of accounting and business and also helps in motivating the staff and
utilization of the resources. With the help of personal and professional development it helped me

a lot in improving my skills for the purpose to gain a desirable position in the working
environment and also establishing healthy and better relationships with the individuals. With the
help of personal development it helps in having deep understanding and knowledge about the
management of fiances, operations in the finance field, time management for the purpose to gain
