Evaluating the usefulness and effectiveness of the learning experience:
What is your opinion about learning experiences?
Learning according to my opinion is process that is continual and happens at any
point of time. The same is associated with the research topic on which I was working that
elucidates the “advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing for business”. I have been
able to grasp some knowledge about the information technology and its importance to the
current business segments by conducting research on this particular paper. I was delighted to
understand and learn several new things which I was not well acquainted with and my overall
experience was quite good. I am now acquainted with the fact that how cloud computing to
contributing to business development recently and why it has become important to business
to adopt to this particular tool of information technology as it provides organization with
typical business opportunities. While conducting research, I have faced some difficulties but I
have been able to learn from such difficulties and have enabled myself to sharpen my
research skills. It is of no point to think of the problems rather the purpose should be to take
appropriate measures to overcome such problems.
What was the value of experience?
I have gained some value from this particular learning while conducting research as
this research work is precious and it should not be compared to any tangible items. Moreover,
I experienced problems with each in every step and activities. Whatever I have learned from

this research has become a part of my life. I would be able to support in the form of providing
recommendations to the business for adopting such information technology such as cloud
accounting software.

Explain how learning process will be useful to you?
Course:
The course that is currently pursued by me is accounting where I was provided with
the opportunity to work on particular project that depicted the advantages and disadvantages
of cloud computing to business.
Program:
I am currently studying the course of accounting where I was provided with the
opportunity to work on particular project. We were asked to select any topic that is interest to
the area and then I have conducted the research by collecting primary and secondary data for
completing the research project.
Future career:
I have decided after conducting the research that I will become accountant where I
will be examining and preparing the financial records. I will try to make sure records
concerning financial will be recorded in an appropriate way and the filings will be done
within the stipulated time period. I will be able to handle the operations of software.

Life generally:
I have been able to believe in myself when conducting research as I am able to face
any difficulties coming my way with ease. While conducting the research, I have been able to
get lot of knowledge about the software relating to cloud computing. I have received
guidance from many people and they have properly guided to deal me with the difficulties
faced.

Describe objectively what happened in the learning process.
It was earlier mentioned by me that I have gained vast amount of knowledge while
conducting research. I have selected the topic related to advantage and disadvantage of cloud
computing to business. Basically, I have been able to derive the basic knowledge about what
the cloud computing software is. Prior to conducting research, I read various articles about
the importance of cloud computing to the business. This has helped in gaining knowledge
about the concept of the cloud computing.

Evaluate what you learn:
I have learned that the business will be influenced by the technological innovation and
the associated business transactions that are taking place. While conducting the research, I
have discovered the fact that in addition to the advantages, there are several disadvantages
provided by such cloud computing.

Explain your learning process:
I assignment, I have elaborated about the scope, objectives and literature review of the
project work by conducting necessary analysis of literature review. The literature review was
written by extracting the information from secondary sources. The latest journals and articles
have been evaluated that are published after year 2012. In assignment 2, I had discussed
about the research questions, developed hypothesis, methods that are used for conducting
research work, primary and secondary questions. Proper emphasis was given in this particular
assignment on the developed methods that are used in the study. For the evaluation of given
topic, I have used both qualitative and quantitative methods. It was really a great experience
for going through this research paper and I am proud of myself about gaining such
experience.

Explain plan how this learning you will applied:
The learning that I have learned while conducting the research will help in my future
learning as it would able me to apply such knowledge in realizing how such technology will
contribute to business. I have also learned how the cloud services will be successfully
evaluated and will enable the business to carry out their operations will minimal amount of
interruptions. I used to be very uncomfortable with handling some research topics, but after
spending considerable amount of time in the given research topic has enabled me to deal with
such work. This research has contributed in a very important way to my life positively.
Therefore, I can say that the I have been able to sharpen my learning skills in a very different
way.
