The list of user requirements for the system is provide below:
The office assistance should be able to create a new job in the system.
The details of the new job would be obtained from the customers who are requesting a
new job from the system.
The staffs who are to perform the task would be receiving the tasks and the task which
cannot be accepted by the staffs is sent to the waiting jobs part.
Once the staffs are free the job is allocated by them.
The inventory details in the system would be able to provide the staffs with the
options to check the items that are available for the task.
