The major strength as depicted from my personal brand is eagerness to learn new skills and have
a strong knowledge base in regards to working within the financial sector. The weakness as I
have analyzed is lack of significant experience in regards to working within the field of
accounting and finance.
Specific Action to be taken for Strengthening the Personal Brand
I want to gain experience by working in a small accounting firm on a temporary basis before I
graduate to enhance my knowledge base and meeting the job roles within large accounting firms
adequately after completing my graduate (Zhang, 2019).
