Through this assignment I would like to express the aspect of my skill improvement say problem
solving skills and team working skills. I have come across such skills while going through my
MYOB assignment. In this context the 2nd and 3rd week of the study module seems to be very
significant in providing the requisite skills that not only improved my prospect for the

Self-reflection:
This particular unit paved a new dimension in my career as I was able to gain new sorts of skills
and expertise out of the problem solving and team working skills. It is evident from the weekly
activities as mentioned in the diary that it has strived to nurture my skills immensely. In this
context both the aspects of tutorials and the MYOB assignment are to be upheld as I extracted
suitable benefits out of both the exercise. The main takeaway from the MYOB assignment has
been the confidence to attain the problems and strike a proper resolution to it. This phenomenon
is quite significant as it would enable me in solving complex tasks and provide mileage to my
accounting career. Another aspect out of the team working activities has been the development

of my communication skills. As I went through the process I realised that team working activities
is a specified activity that needs to be given due importance owing to its cohesiveness in
accomplishing the organisational goals.
Conclusion:
I conclude the lessons which I derived from these exercise happens to develop my career and
nurture the requisite skills and expertise for striving a greater level of development in enhancing
my decision making skills. I guess this sort of activities need to be conducted more in number as
it would apparently develop the requisite skills of problem solving and team work to succeed in
my career and enable me to climb up the corporate ladder.
