Contract of Employment
THIS AGREEMENT is between
AEC Inc., a registered company having the office at 34, Ash Street, Thompson,
Manitoba, Canada (“the employer”)
and
Stacey James, W/o David James, aged 34 years having a residence at 65-A, Baker
Avenues, Thompson, Manitoba, Canada (“the employee”)
Below mentioned clauses are an important part of this agreement and will further decide
the roles, responsibilities, and powers of both of the parties.
1. Office Title:- Employee will be employed on the designation of Human Resource
Manager of the employer.
2. Beginning of Service:- The employment shall begin with effect from 10th day of
February 2019
3. Place of work: - Employee shall provide her services to the registered office of
the employer.
4. Rights of Employee
The employee shall have the following rights in respect to this employment
agreement
a) Salary and other benefits

Fix remuneration of employee decided is 650 Canadian Dollar per
month.
Based on the performance of the employee, the employer shall
provide the yearly bonus to her subject to the limit of minimum
bonus amount as decided in the Remuneration policy of the
employer.
The employer shall provide the conveyance facility to the employee
for the office work.
The employer shall reimburse the medical bills of an employee
subject to the maximum limit of 300 Canadian dollars per quarter.
The employee shall receive free of cost training from the side of
the employer.
b) Overtime
The employee shall have the right to ask for the overtime wages
from the employee.
The employee shall not be forced to give extra working hours to the
employer without additional pay
c) Leaves
The employee shall be eligible to take one paid leave per month.
One and half sick leave is allowed to the employee.
3 months maternity leave is allowed for the employee, which would
start from the end of six months of pregnancy period.

d) An employee can take action against the employer in case of
discrimination or any other unfair activities.
5. Duties: - In addition to the rights, certain responsibilities are also there for the
Employee which are mentioned as below:-
The employee shall perform all the duties prescribed by the employer
related to the nature of the employment.
The employee shall not disclose any business related information of
employer to a third party.
The employee shall secure the asset of the employer and shall not make
any harm to them.
The employee shall do all the other necessary things, which are required
to perform in order to fulfill the primary objectives.
6. Shift Timing: - Shift timing of employee shall be 10 am to 5:30 pm.
7. Weekly off: - Sundays shall remain close to work for the employee.
8. Termination of contract
A notice of 15 days is required to terminate this agreement for the
employer as well as employee
At the event of termination, the employer is liable to make payment of all
the dues of the employee
At the event of termination of the agreement, the employer is liable to
return all the resources that are owned by the employer.
9. Are of Jurisdiction:- All the disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
province of Manitoba.
