INTRODUCTION
Management is the very important part in every aspects from home to international level
as a lady handles and tackle the situation at home similarly the need of management arises in the
operations of the business as well. Every related things of the organisations has to b managed
very effectively as to attain the objectives of the firm. All the resources-land, materials,
equipments, tools, money and the manpower of the organisations. To manage the business is the
most important element of the firm as to establish and grow itself in the competitive market. The
major part that the business has to consider is to research and examine the market where the
business is to be established and the target group of the organisation. The firm also has to create
various opportunity in the market as employment and potential growth (Abu-Saifan., 2012).
Management is mostly the action of making and getting the things done through other people in
an appropriate and in effective manner. There are many actions that has to be followed as to
accomplish the organisational goals. The organisation has to appoint many of the people as to
run the business in an appropriate manner and to get sustained in the market of the competitions.

Functions and process of ABC Company
The collection of various activities and tasks of products and the services are included in
the business process that the organisation provides to the customers. ABC Company indulges in
the three types of the business process they are, the operations process, management process and

operations and they are managed in strategies manner and also the incorporation of the corporate
governance. In the management of the organisation the strategic planning is very essential as
because the organisation has to do certain plans that are related to the operations of the firm and
also to guide in the sustainability of the organisation in the market. As to cope up with the risk

the business plan the management the finance the quality control all are the factors that can be
handled with the strategic plan that has been developed by the organisations.
