while pursue the professional duties, the personal growth is also an important aspect which is
configure the development. The strategies are focus on the long term improvement and provide
quality of work within workplace (Benyacar, 2018).
Build leadership for environmental health: The health is an important aspect which is provide
effective health and wellbeing among the number of people. The leadership for the environment
health is important because it help to provide the vision for the development of quality of life
among the people. In addition, there are various ways to promote the quality of health that build
leadership. It is usually done by using the approach of camping and campaign and promote
people for their health and contribute towards the healthy behaviour (Ghosh and Ghosh, 2020).

My strength is better communication and interaction with the number of people. In
addition, I used to work on 6 years with the aspect to health and social care sector. The most and
measurable approach is making quantification and provide me appropriate way to deal with
several patient (Van Zyl and Noonan, 2018). While communicating and interacting with people
in order to known the complexities make the reliability for the strength which is focused towards
the communication and interaction. In addition, the strength usually focusses on the various ways
which configure the appropriate term with the benefit with meeting new people and develop
