By organising manager can achieve goals
Any firm has different kinds of processes. Different types of people are attached with it and it
has different structures of relationship as well as there are different functions of management.
It is due to this many types of situations are created in the organisation which needs to be
dealt by the manager. In order to manage all these managers need to organise the resources
they have. This also includes organising human resource that works with the firm
(Schermerhorn and Bachrach, 2010). Organising the employees helps the manager to ensure
that they have adequate amount of talent any time in the requirement. This will also help
them in delegating the tasks in an appropriate manner which has a critical role to play in the
management of the operations. If other resources are also organised then effective utilisation
of it can be possible. This will ensure sustainability of the firm in the long term. Organising
resources also helps in bringing all the resources together such as materials, finances,
personnel and technology which helps in effectively doing their tasks. Organising the
technological resources will ensure that they are able to bring pace and consistency in their
operations which is very much necessary in today’s time when the fluctuation in the business
environment is increasing day by day (Smit, et al 2011).
There are different functions within the firm and each has a critical role in achieving the
desired goals hence it becomes critical that in a firm all the functions works with each other.
This is possible if the operations that will be done in the organisation is organised. For this it
is critical that organisation organises all the processes that are running within the firm. If the
processes are organised then there is a better chance that they would be able to streamline
their operation (Griffin, 2013). If the manager is able to organise the operations then it will
help them to reduce the complexity in the business operations which helps the employees also
to work in an effective manner without any confusion.
If the group of people such as suppliers, and distributors are organised by a manager in an
effective manner then it is easier for the firm to supply or distribute the products in the
market on time and also ensure that they have supplies within the firm at any time whenever
they need it. This also ensures that even when there is any kind of urgency like extra
requirement of raw materials they have suppliers that will be there to provide them with it
(Weick and Sutcliffe, 2015). Organising processes also help in improving the quality of the
final products produced by the firm. This can be understood in terms of the fact if the
processes are organised then everything will be done as per the guidelines made within the

firm and all the SOPs will be followed. This automatically ensures that whatever product or
services are produced in the firm is as per the requirement of the firm and hence it makes
easier for them to achieve the desired goals.
