Executive Summary
The project “Implementation of a Training Program” is important of Acme
Company and it has been decided by Ms. Deidre Jackson, the CEO of the
company. The project is being implemented with an aim of reducing the annual
expenses of the company by ensuring appropriate project management. The
training program is expected to train the staffs about appropriate project
management frameworks, which will help in better management of any project
