Introduction
This report will discuss about the ethical issue mitigation process as per the usage of ACS code
of professional ethics. The entire report will be focused on the functioning of the Thomas White
methodology. This report will also provide recommendations that can benefit the functioning of the
project. Communication process stated in this report will be beneficial for the functioning of the project.
Background
The ethical dilemma that is present in this case is primacy of the public interest. Professionalism
aspect also falls under the functioning of the project. The news that are not to be shared to the common
people are shared through the platform of this network. The links of the website that are provided in the
website leads individual to details of regular functioning of court. Due to this aspect data that are to be
kept secretive gets accessed by several users of the website. Due to the presence of the links the main
issue that is present includes spreading of news that are always not meant to be public in nature. This
imbibes the aspect that common people will get to know facts that are not to be known by them. Privacy
of people facing issues in the court might get public. Those people might not be comfortable with the
general audience discussing about their personal issues. This leads to the fact that privacy of the entire
documentation will get affected. This might also affect the goodwill of the website that is created by Ruby.
Despite the fact that Ruby has been developing a tourism website, need of keeping public updated
regarding news in courtroom was never her motive. The links that were provided to keep the general
audience updated regarding the news of courtroom. This is one of the major instance that affects the
functioning of the project. The local court has given rise to the publication suppression order. This
suppression order has brought in huge embarrassment to the system. This leads to the fact that the
management of the project gets affected as per the functioning of the government project affects the
regular day to day completion of tasks that are being undertaken by the courts. Knowledge regarding the
functioning of the project will ensure that the project management will get performed.

Mitigation processes as per ACS code of professional ethics
For mitigating this issue usage of ACS code of professional ethics will be taken into
consideration. Usage of ACS code of professional conduct will be used for mitigation of the ethical
dilemma present in the project.
Stage 1
The mitigation method that will be helped includes analysis of the consequences of the project.
After analyzing of the consequences of the project, understanding the audience base that will be hurt is
recognized, after analyzing of the project, understanding the benefits and the harms that can affect the
people will affect the functioning of the project. Jaspreet needs to think of the amount of advantage that
will be gained from the inclusion of the links and the amount of disadvantage that will be present due t the
presence of the links. With the help of the understanding of the projects the main aspect that will be
present is that the advantage and the disadvantage will be very well analyzed. In case the advantage that
will be enjoyed by the website links will be lesser than the disadvantage that will be due for the business
management process, the website links that will be provided will be omitted. Again in case the
management of the project is well performed as per the privacy issues that are present will also be
checked. Understanding the functioning of the project in long run will also effect the functioning of the
process. With the help of proper estimation of the project outcome better understanding of the success
rate of the project in long run ca be estimated. This presence of success rate of the project will help to
determine the functional efficiency of the project with the help of this process the main advantage that will
be provided includes testing of the sustainability of the project.
Stage 2
After performing the analysis section of the project actions that are to be taken is taken into
consideration. Developing actions as per the management of the project will include the fact that the
actions that will be performed must be analyzed as per the honesty, equality, fairness and the dignity of
the functional process. With the help of the testing of the activity as per the equity, fairness and dignity the
steps that are to be taken will be highly efficient in nature. Management of the conflicts that might arise in
the proposition of the project will help in better analysis of the mitigation steps.

After analyzing of the project Jaspreet must omit all the website links that are present in the
website. With the help of the removal of the website links, proper mitigation of the ethical issues can be
performed.

The recommendations that must be used are as follows: -
 Proper checking of the website before launching of the website
 Pass the website through proper quality check
Communication process
Jaspreet must communicate with his higher authority in a constant rate. This will help in keeping
his higher authority updated regarding the completion of the project.
