INTRODUCTION
Career action plan is diversify action plan which consist management of the individual
career plan and their learning of personal skills. This report includes the information about the
growth in the field of consulter and improve the productivity and career of the people. With this I
gain more skills and become smart with studies in development and understanding the human
behaviour. In this report information about the personal strength, weakness by which this
stimulates and enhance the ability of my personal action plan of development.
MAIN BODY
Individual develop as a learner
Develop as a leaner in the University by the skills and things which is taught in the university.
Such developments are:
Embrace in the power of autonomy: for a student the University starting year's is the most
challenging year of the person's life in this they have mange all the things and look after the
things which they are most interested because they have to choose their professional life
(Winarso, 2018). The initial year is about the adulthood and a person start living the life by
which they are starting on their own and the situation might be scary or uncomfortable for some
of them or for someone this is the exciting part. In these learners have to learn about the skills
and approaches by which they will able to adopt the things that will be beneficial for them in the
future. Leaner will adopt this by engaging in the activity which is conducting in the University
this will helpful for them and after that the learner should learn them and apply them into their
future life. As in the professional life.
Communication: leaner should know how to communicate with their subordinates and their
other learners this will indicates the skills and ability of the person by which they are able to
communicate and make interaction with other in the university as well as the professional life by
which this will helpful. Every interaction helps the leaner in order to maintain and enhance their
ability and skills (Pereira, and Costa, 2017).
Helping: in the adulthood period every person has the pride and independence with hat man y
people resist to ask for help even if they need in this session I leaned that whatever happen never
hesitate towards the as for help and helping others as well. a s a leaner this is important that they
contribute in the campus and help others as well as if they want some as for it. By this their

skills I have learned I am able to learn the prioritization in the organization by which this will
also help me through my pro9fessional work and life and also in the university on which topic or
the field I have to focus by which I am able to focus on the professional life of mine this will be
helpful for me. After the skill I learned I am able to analyse the planning and operate my activity
with a proper way (Kert, ErkoÇ, and Yeni, 2020).
Learning: after the skills I have learned my learning capacity is also increases, and I am able to
understand that I should perform well and I wil learn easily anything what my teacher or trainer
give to me after all this I will be going good in my professional field because I have the ability to
learn fast and adopt things fast in this regard from the skills these things will me in my future
challenges.
Budgeting : the future challenges which I learn from the skills is gonna budgeting in my
university as well in my future as the professional this will help me throughout my budgeting by
which I can easily spend my money wisely. Because the money and budgeting is an important
