INTRODUCTION
The report is based on career action plan and self reflection in which the personal
analysis, career action plan, CV and LinkedIn Profile is determined. The personal analysis
includes knowledge, skills and experiences which is required to be successful in career whereas
career action plan includes address both the personal development and career related activities
that must be undertaken to get successful (Lee and et. al., 2016). Personal analysis means
identifying the strength and weakness of individual and determine the opportunities and
challenges faced in future. Career action plan is used to identify the career goals and also
individual can explore their occupational options (Reardon and et. al., 2015). CV is a written
document which includes the experiences and background of candidate. LinkedIn profile is a
professional page which helps in managing the personal brand and connect with opportunity.
Personal Analysis
My main aim is to become HR recruiter of one of the renowned company as I like to
connect and communicate with new candidates. For becoming HR recruiter it is necessary to
look for transferable skills and build strong network with people and organisations. For getting
the HR Recruiter position I have conducted my personal analysis in order to identify strength and
weakness that can help in improving and influencing my career goal. Through conducting
personal analysis I found that I am good in communication skills which can help in
communicating and delivering the information to people in clear and effective manner. The
Communication skills also helps me in becoming good HR recruiter as it helps in developing
strong relationship with employees and also solve the conflicts and uphold standards of
company. For becoming successful HR recruiter it is necessary to have recruitment and selection
skills. From the analysis I identified that I can find right talent on the basis of their qualification
and experience and look for the person who can share their best efforts in accomplishing the
goals and objectives of business. My analytical skills are also strong as I can analyse the
resume's of candidates and identify whether they are applicable for particular job position. But
with the strength I also have some weakness which can create a huge impact on my dream job. It
is being analysed that I have lack of team working skills, I face difficulty while working in a
team and completing the task in required time. For working in effective teamwork it is necessary
to have clear direction, communicate freely, aim to achieve common goals and encourage

differences in opinions. My time management skills is not so good as I take time to accomplish
the project and give low productivity while working in pressure. I have analysed that my
decision making skills are not so effective as I face difficulty in choosing one of the best
alternatives. In order to improve the decision making skills it is essential to participate in
decision making process and give active contribution by sharing opinions and suggestions. It can
be improved by asking an expert and make an effective plan for upcoming decision.
Career Action Plan
Career Action Plan helps in identifying the career goals and determine the ways through
which goals can be accomplished (McMahon, Patton and Watson, 2015). In order to plan the
career it is necessary to identify the values, skills, vision and interest, explore the occupational
options, evaluate career options and take actions to accomplish career goals (Dean, Shogren and
Wehmeyer, 2020).
