Introduction
Action research is a type of analysis which is designed for the researcher who has to face the
challenges to resolve the problem or require improving their professional skills in the diverse
classroom. This report includes all the relevant strategies and action used for action research.
Learners will understand how the action research will be conduct and how will be the outcome is
useful for their future implementation. The literature review provides an outline of the issue and
what are the views of the famous author. Roles of analysis and presentation need to follow in the
research activities. Ethical and political factors also have a major part in this research. Every part
has its values and norms. There is a recommendation for the future use which helps in avoiding
the issues or conflict within the research.

a) Explain the purpose of action research
The purpose of action research is to develop or improve the methods of handling the diverse
classroom. Professionals have the ability to work but they should improve their habits of taking
the projects. It is a kind of research use by the teachers to observe the data collected. Practice
includes the power of decision making, effective classroom strategies. The main aim of the
action research is they analysed the essential component necessary in the research. This process
also defines or clarifies the selected problem and concern about all the challenges faced during
the action research. It focused on instant action, not about the theory of improvement. This
research not on the depend on common sense and the better management theory but it’s actually
a real-world application which applies by the technical or scientific thoughts and strategies.
While this problem represents the best development over the methods or approaches used by the
teachers in the diverse classroom. After resolving all the solution the professional establish
research after concerning all the relevant data collected at the time of action research. It provides
a framework. The final decision was taken by the other faculties and their limited personal
experiences (Lesha, 2014).

b) Analyse key features of the action research process
1) Why action research is to take place in the education system?
• Is there any improvement required in the working ground?
• Colleagues are convinced by others thoughts?
• Why “secrets” need to be share?
2) Students feedback
Students requirement are like they want more improvement, acquired some other change,
demands of society regarding the education system. As a result of changes is need to be
implemented by the teachers on their current strategies. By the help of section research it will
remind every time what do the next or why these changes happen and assist the researcher to
evaluate the are they doing an effectively and efficiently job.
3) Research Plan
• Decide the focus area: The research plan should be decided at the very initial stage.
• Improve the focus area by specific research: If there are some changes or modification
required in the focus area of research. Refine before moving a further step.
• Prepare the study evidence which includes setting, sample, methodology, data collection
techniques, analysis of results, writing up (Kunlasomboon,2014).

c) Analyse the implications of a model of action research

The model of the action research justifies that teacher plan that what are the issues faced by the
teacher and student regarding their current strategies and methods used by the teacher. It
identifies the focus area by including these methods like discussing, negotiating, exploring
opportunities etc. Then prepare the first general plan according to the issues. It goes on the first
step. Further, it goes on the evaluation after passes by the monitoring step. On this path it
concludes the rethinking, reflecting, discussing, understanding etc.
Educator involves this model in the teacher service training as well. If they follow improved
strategies at their own stage they will conclude the best result at the end. The scope of this
research is to continue the development steps by putting different models in the model and the
resultant factor will be observed efficiently (Aronson, 2016).

a) Justify own choice of an area of practice for action research
The system of education requires practice for action research because the existing system not
gives the desired outcomes. Teachers should change their teaching techniques or strategies and
make their habit to implement new techniques in the education system. Students identify that
they are not taking an interest in their education and their skills are not being enhanced. After
analyzing the issues faced by the student's teachers should work on action research. First, they
plan all the strategies which allow their thinking skills. They include the best equipment by
which they thought out their ideas over the student like the use of advanced technologies
computer, projector, and the seminar will conduct on seminar hall; theoretical subject involves
some practical factor which gives the best impact on the theory (Gibbs,2017).

b) Plan a clear intervention strategy
Strategy management process is finest executed when everybody understands the strategy who
actually involved in the issue. There are five levels are setting the goal, analyze, the formation of
strategy, implementation of the strategy and monitoring the strategy.
1) Setting the goal: Every strategy requires the proper goal. So, the goal should be clear first.
2) Analyse: In this level, learners are included by understanding all the development levels and
real action or activities.
3) Formation of strategy: This step integrates the needs of all the students in the class and
finalizes the mutual needs of the student. Create a strategy which accomplishes the needs of
every student.
4) Implementation of strategy: The accomplished strategies are executed or implemented. Face
the issues within the implementation phase and try to resolves. If it not resolved it will be add in
the experience factor.
5) Monitoring the strategy: Focus on each step which requires monitoring. Control over each
step provides efficient and effective outcomes.

observed in practice
Action research uses an ethical structure like they follow the predefined norms, rules which are
specifically used in a particular field. Action research includes the authentic links between the
researcher and the client or members of the system. This ethical principle focuses on authentic
action.
Confidentiality of ethical issues in this action research is like the time action research that the
data provided by the student like copies of the assignment, documents. All these materials should
be anonymous with no personal details. If they find any issues the documents will be scrutinized
and identify the aspects. Some issues find an ethical consideration. The culprit will be punished
or taking strict action against the one who really makes wrong methods to destroy the practice.
Political consideration is involved in action research. The senior management always creates
their factor to avoid the conflicts between other members. They always ready to find alternatives
if they find issues in the existing path. They conduct some research and make their decision on
the outcomes of action research (Paul, 2019).
