Introduction
Team working is one of the most effective ways through which one can get to learn about the
different mistakes and also the different ways to solve the mistakes. I am thankful to my teachers
for assigning me the team activity as I have been able to understand about the various kinds of
mistakes that I have made in past and the different ways in which I will be able to overcome the
same. The team activity that I chose to conduct as Active Listening, I thought that this will be
one of the most essential team activities that can help me to understand my team members and
also suggest the different ways in which the issues of the team members can be solved.
Discussion
The main purpose of developing this activity was to bring all the employees together and ask
them about the different kinds of issues that they are undergoing and the different ways in which
they can be solved. However it was seen that I was not getting the desired outcome. I realized
that I have surely been making some or the other kinds of mistakes that acted as some major
drawbacks in the path of successful team interaction activity.
The learning activity that I was about to carry on was to develop a proper listening skill and to
make sure that they are being able to take part in the decision making process. However I will
have to make sure that I am paying proper attention to all the needs and demands that the
employees are putting forward in front of me.
However during the course of this activity I realized that the employees were very hesitant and
they were not willing to share their doubts with me as they thought that I was not carrying on this
activity I right manner. However I thought that I was giving all the possible efforts in making
this activity a success. I later realized that I am not being able to understand about those factors

that are going wrong in the entire process. I thought that I will have to understand in more details
regarding what is actually going wrong in the organization. I started understanding about what
was going wrong; I realized that I had to work over my lack of patience.
My restless and nervous nature was making me lose all tolerance power and I was not behaving
in a very patient manner. I misbehaved with the other team mates and was taking all the
decisions in the learning activity without interacting properly with the team members. Therefore
I realized that I will have to take many different steps in order to solve these problems.
Conclusion
Therefore it can be concluded that in ode to solve this problem I will have to take many different
kinds of strategies. I have thought of using the 360 degree feedback system and the horizontal
communication stem so that I can carry on with the team learning activities in a proper way in
the near future.
