INTRODUCTION
Indigenous Australians people have multiple strength because they survives their own life
with lots of hard work and many indigenous people reach higher success and they believes and
consider to implement effective culture in their society people and develop program for mental
health awareness (Harding and et.al., 2021). Various unwanted situation like Covid-19, lack of
employment, lack of knowledge about people rights etc. highly influence performance of
indigenous people that time many people takes initiatives and implement program for indigenous
community. This report will provide information about how individual can take initiatives to
improve the health and culture of indigenous people.
MAIN BODY
Issues and challenges of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Indigenous community faces multiple challenges in their life because of lack of resources and
other community not engage them in their society. Members mainly face issues in their life
mental health disease, physical health, cancer, heart disease and many more (Bond, Singh and
Tyson, 2021).
Because of lack of education, knowledge about laws, rules influences their performance
and they not survives in their life properly and their cultural activities like physical, mental
violence, their community member has no idea about child rights so these all activities influence
their individual performance. But Australia multiple lifeline communities take initiative and they
consider implementing programs. Also multiple people from indigenous community achieve
success so they believes in trying to improve their society people and provides them information
about that how they can improves health and cultural activities with suitable manner.
Strength of Indigenous community
Strengths of indigenous people they follow their culture that is very different on the recent trend
because many people forgot their culture for changes in their lifestyle. Their people have
different act, dance, empowerment, belonging and many more. But the only threat is they not
utilize their skills on right direction and they have lack of resources to improve their skills in
right direction and for improvement in their lifestyle (Davis and et.al., 2021).

Other communities also influence their performance of people because they don’t
properly communicate with them, not provides them work, many people communicate with very
bad manner etc. That is the reason they not highly influence their lifestyle positively and their
mental health issues highly influence by other community members behavior. Knowledge about
their qualities, strength, potential, power etc. is effective technique to improve attraction in
people and they feel more motivated and they develop their focuses towards with the life.
Ray Lovett impacts on the contemporary Indigenous community
Ray Lovett is doctor and currently they provide services as an associate professor in
Australian National University. He is program leader of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
Health Program. They develop multiple practices to improve in population health and solve their
problems and help to provide services to backward community people (Day, A., and et.al., 2021).
He plays major role in development of healthy environment and indigenous cultural safety and
provides them right direction about correct things so they can build their lifestyle in positive
manner with the proper utilization and improvement in their skills. Also provides them
information about human rights.
They expertise in health care services research that other lifeline communities takes
initiatives and how they implement strategic approaches for provide effective information to
community. On the basis of research and knowledge they consider to implement one program
and provides them employment as well as provides them knowledge bout skills is essential for
improvement in lifestyle. Also, they have strength and power to reach success and improve their
life.
Their practice is different because they consider and decide that they provide information about
human rights and according to their life stage they have to work. Not develop pressure on
children in very low age and mainly gives them right education so they can improves their life in
positive manner (Hutchison, Movono and Scheyvens, 2021).
Sop consideration and knowledge about theses aspect its clear that Ray Lovett has great sense
and experience about problem solution and disease improvement in people with positive manner.

Because its essential when individual implement program, one thing which is beneficial for
consider it in program that program specker not explains wrong thing about their culture.
Because every individual has their own term and rights they believes in follows them.
Improvement in Indigenous Health and Culture they firstly analyze that which things
influence their mental and physical health. On the basis of research they easily identify that
people mainly influence by lack of resources and mainly their culture impact by other
community member because they not provides them work and employment and if they provide
tem work they not engage and listen their review and provides them reputation and success as
well. So they feel more depressed and it directly impact in their mental health.
It very clear that individual has different capability, strength but the only things which is they
don’t have knowledge about how to utilize their skills in perfect direction , if any individual or
people motivate them about their skills and potential can influence their lifestyle and improve
their mental they can easily build their strength in positively (Babyar, 2021).
Exercise and practices of mental and culture program will defiantly improve lifestyle of
Indigenous community member. Also, proper food facilities in pandemic situation are best
approach of health care organization because they consider as part of society which influence
their attraction towards with the other community members.
CONCLUSION
It has been summarized form the reflective study that indigenous Australian community face
many challenges in their life and they highly influence by other successful community members
because they don’t have power, resources and lack of knowledge. It has been very clear that
different communities can do helps for society people implement program. Ray Lovett is great
researcher and they have great idea to resolve mental health problem in people and they takes
initiative to develop program for Indigenous community mental health problems and which

they can improves their lifestyle and influences their skills.
