The project is based on academic research in which there are varieties of current business
issues are given. For this report, the chosen business issue is Adapting to new technology.
Organisation generally adapts new technology in order to gain competitive advantage and
prevent from potential financial loss. The latest technology trends helps in making job easier and
also attract maximum number of customers towards the brand. Through implementing latest
technology, customers can know that business is modern and evolving in competitive
environment (Krotov, 2017). It is important for the organisation to adapt latest and right
technology that gives better experience and enhance the profitability of business. The new
technology is developed so that business can drive growth and improve their operational
activities (Jabbour and et. al., 2019). Companies generally get rely on technology as it enhances
business communication, focus on inventory management, maintain financial record and
optimise production.

firm to provide training and development opportunity to employees so that they can learn about
