INTRODUCTION
Adapting to new technology is a very crucial aspect for all organisations because of the
changing nature of organisations. Presently there is discussion of the concept of adaption of new
technology by organisations in this respect the new healthcare delivery system that is to be
adopted by National health organisation (Boonthamweeranat, 2019). So, there is a critical
analysis based on the positive & negative impact of the new development that is taking place in
the organisation.
PART 1:
Positive effects on companies.
According to the BMC health services research, development of a safe delivery system is on of
the future challenges of ageing populations. Government of UK is willing to play a crucial role
in providing health and support to the ageing population. The government is expecting that
technology is playing a part in supporting the integration of health & social care system for the
national health services. People in UK have used less of e health services as compared to Italy
and France. UK has adopted early the communication and information technology. UK is well
positioned to roll out the e health innovation scale.
The present health & social care secretary believes that the transformation of technology is
very essential to release the state from unnecessary bureaucracy & ensuring that there can be
better communication. The adoption of new technology in form of digital transformation for
NHS is very important to enhance the process of communication and easy access to the quick
and easy way of availing the required necessary services (Musselwhiteand Wesolowski, 2018).
The different general practises in England are specifically digitised so there has to be timely new
technology implementation that will lead to proper health & social care services that will be
offered by NHS hospitals. They are receiving higher support from government in form of large
amount of central funding. NHS digital that is a division of NHS is already a national delivery
partner that is providing services for remote consultations with health care professionals and
doctors. The new technology innovation will lead to dealing with additional issues of security,

clinical safety, effectiveness, accessibility and usability.

presence of a supportive policy context.
Lack of digitisation has limited the ability of effective sharing of information among the
professionals. Organisational and care situations. NHS consist of plethora incompatible patient
record system that has to be developed to meet the needs of specialists and local services. There
is negative impact in form of not able to ensure that whether the national regulatory & indeed
procurement system are sufficiently agile or proportionate to supporting the adoption at scale
(Rahman, 2016).
At the micro level it becomes difficult to fit the new technologies with the priorities and routines
of staff systems as the technological innovation can be based on legitimate concerns that may
lead to generation of “hidden work”. That is leading to a situation of undermining the quality of
patient and professional interaction.

There is reflection based on the overall learnings from the module. Such as I have learnt the

these skills have been acquired by understand of a issue or a topic and then focus on the way

objectives that can be formed that are part of the particular objectives (Karsh, 2018). This skill is
going to assist me in future in the process of identification of the issues, collection of the
required information so that problem can be timely addressed and then further evaluation of the
resources for its relevance and quality so that there can be reaching to final solutions.
Another skill set that I have learnt through this module has been the way to effectively
communicate. With the presentation that were part of my classroom assignments I had to focus
on my communication skills so that I am effectively able to address my audiences. This skill has
lead towards higher self confidence as now in future when I will be working in the professional
context I will be able to lead my teams and communicate with them in a more appropriate
manner. The use of words, voice modulations, body language, pitch, tone and the facial
expressions are some of the skills that I have learnt with the communication skills. All this is
going to help me in solving all the problems and then

process in life of a individual that is assisting in getting the required insights of the progress

skill development process that leads to being able to provide in depth information with detailed
analysis & I am able to provide suitable recommendations on a particular topic after researching
