Project Objectives
 To complete the construction of the building with best quality
materials

Project Scope
 ADCO Constructions appoint a Project Manager. The project
Manager will assign builders, civil engineer, mechanical
engineer, electrician , plumber, painters and decorators who will
complete the entire construction work
 The project will be completed within 20 months and will be
handed over to the clients
 The project activities will be scheduled in such a way such that
the stakeholders can complete the project within minimal
timeline
