AI Summary
This report delves into the application of the Development and Implementation phases of the ADDIE model within an organization, specifically focusing on Herzing University. It addresses identified problems such as poor program structure, inadequate support from professors, and biased teaching practices, which led to student complaints and poor reviews. The report emphasizes the proactive approach of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to address these issues and recommends the use of various instructional methods like videos, graphics, and e-learning technologies to enhance student participation and learning outcomes. Furthermore, it outlines the importance of establishing new training procedures for both professors and learners, including curriculum explanations, software training, and the use of storyboards and graphics to improve the learning process. The report concludes by highlighting the significance of transferring training to the job and ensuring alignment between training objectives and organizational performance.

Training and Development
Introduction
ADDIE model may be defined as an approach that may be used by instructional designers
and content developers to generate constructional course material. For many years instructional
designers and educators have indeed used this model as a framework in developing and
designing training and educational programs. This paper shall discuss the application of the
Development and Implementation phase of the ADDIE model into the organization.
There are a lot of problems that may affect the performance of the organization. Some of
the problems mention by the students that affect the performance of the university include poor
program, and lack of support as well as assistance from the teachers or the professors. The
dominant proactive approach identified that could help solve the problem is TNA. This approach
was to help the professors in supporting and guiding the students. Indeed, the previous 2 stages
require proper planning as well as brainstorming. The institution musts consider the two factors
when developing the action plan. The instructional method that the professors should use to
ensure that all the students participate in classwork is videos, graphic as well as audio. Also,
there are many realistic scenarios that should be incorporating at the institutions to solve
problems identified in the learning process. These realistic scenarios include: the professors
should give all learners an equal chance to help them learn in a free environment as well as
educate them on how to fix and identify problems.
Additionally, the professor should make use of storyboards and graphics and also
incorporate e-learning technologies to facilitate the learning process. E-learning may occur via
numerous kinds of media that deliver audio, text, animation, and images. It should include
technology applications as well as processes such as computer-based learning and videotapes

(Clark & Mayer, 2016). A storyboard refers to a graphic representation of how the video shall
unfold, shot by shot (Anson, 2019). On the other hand, graphics are designs or visual images on
some surface, for example, a wall, paper, screen to inform, entertain, or illustrate. All these
technologies shall improve the operations and performance of the university. Also, the use of
these technologies will help learners develop a positive attitude toward learning. The university
should ensure that all the materials used to perform their task accordingly. The management
should also ensure that all the professors work as a team to help boost the decision-making
process in the organization.
The university should establish new procedures for training purposes for both professors
and learners. These new procedures for training shall help in improving the performance of the
organization (Czerkawski, 2016). The professors' training that should be used consists of an
explanation of the curriculum, method of delivery, testing produces, as well as learning
outcomes. On the other hand, learner preparation shall include offering training for using various
software and hardware as well as for the registration process (Rotenberg, 2016). Preparation of e-
learning materials shall consist of tools, books, CD-ROMS, website tested, as well as the
software remains conducted. The process of making sure that training is transferred to the job
involves the following: Training program design and delivery, and training professors and
learners' attributes like intelligence, attitudes, among others.
In conclusion, the use of the new procedures for training purpose for both students and
professors shall improve the performance of the university.
