identified that audience requires standard text because it is effective to read and understand the
information provided. Also, proper tone and style needs to be carried out while drafting any
letter to audience and thus management needs to adopt proper Adept Owl style guide in order to
follow proper draft letter. Macro saving option needs to be provided within template that helps
in carrying out effective letter template.
It is essential to be carried out within editing macro options and thus enables in the form that
proper template needs to be carried out which helps Adept Owl simulated to form appropriately
style, font and tone in order to provide crucial information to audience. It also uses fields for
mail merge options and thus helps in carrying out effective letter format. Company needs to
execute proper template of letter and use the same format so that it provides convenience
regarding understanding the text, format, tone and style and thus fixes the Adept Owl style

Through carrying out the report it has been evaluated that the audiences provided

ensuring that better results could be attained. I also find that reviewing, evaluated and selected
technology helps in improving technical knowledge so that best results can be attained. I also
found that using macro option assists in obtaining desired information. Therefore, excel sheet
needs to be improved that assists in entering different data in the fields and improve the template.
Also, using feedback from audiences would result into matching the quality of documents and
thus fulfil the requirements so that software functions. It is also essential for me to review both
the templates and improve their layout as per the selected guidelines of company so that
understanding could be enhanced. Also, I need to test the documents that it is easily understood
by customers and use their feedback properly in regard to execute testing of macros, testing of
mail merge etc.
I would also like to review the templates and thus improve the style of writing so that
feedback provided are considered as useful and therefore, help in gaining attention of customers.
Thus, all such results in improving the template and thus ensure that documents reflect
specification and then use in house style of writing. Therefore, customers provides feedback
regarding improving the writing, tone and text results in enhancing success.
