INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is the study of individuals who perform the task in different
styles and objectives. Further study will be discussing different aspects of individual behavior. It
relates with employees and about the workers who working for the organization profit and
growth. In current scenario development and digital technology influence employees or group to
adopt new skills or knowledge. Present report based on the organizational behavior of Adidas
company. It is the German multinational company which is well known for its smart products
and services. It deals with sports shoes and other sport accessories. Furthermore, it will also
discuss about the different culture and values influence the work of employees. Besides, various
motivational theories in different forms also introducing this report, problem solving and team
work also helps to accomplish the organizational objectives. Moreover, whole assignment will
divide into parts in terms of explaining the organizational behaviour.

Moreover, on the basis of which organization needs to adopt diverse environment in order to

Organization consists different nature of human beings in the business which makes variety of
productive employees. There are small or big organization in which many individual working
which belongs from different culture and religions. Moreover, politics, culture, religion
influence individual or group of teams as well. Positive power in a company business provides
positivity in between all individuals. Good productive employees also rewarded by the
appreciation, rewarding employees, strong performance. Positive power build confidence
between employees and give enthusiasm to perform task in more productive way. Moreover,
this helps to reduce employee turnover of the company as well. Besides, other culture or mix

influence to work together in productive manner. On the other hand, positive workplace politics
is the tool through which employee get to learn so many things in order to handle the
organization uncertainties. Besides, this motivates to produce quality work for the company
better performance. On the other side, negative politics gives negative impact on the individuals
or on workforce (Luthans, Luthans and Luthans 2015). Overall, individual learns from the
senior group leaders and give their own best performance for the company. These overall
factors and different cultural environment gives different opportunities to make company more
popular and effective. Different culture gives different creativity and ideas. Individual share his
experience and working methods to build good team building among other employees which
provides better way of performance. Overall, positive behaviour encourages new learnings
which gives better outcomes. Every employee helps to other employees for accomplishing the
task and objectives. This gives positive impact on the behaviour of all employees.
Organisation culture and politics in the workplace, as far back as history can be told mankind
that struggled between balancing culture, power and politics. Culture, power and politics have
spilled over time and also affect the business decision making process. The positive results from
organisation structure as a result of all it encompasses. This helps to delegate the roles and
responsibilities in better manner.

highest sport company which provides services across the world (Hogg and Terry, 2014).
Employees or workers who works for the company is highly dynamic and productive in work.
Employees and productive employee power helps to accomplish the organization objectives and

getting customer satisfaction. On the other side, collective team working gives more productive
work comparatively others. In the department there are different types of behaviour culture
working environment in the working place. In the organization there are various types of teams
such as problem-solving team, functional team, and project team. Every employee works
together in order to accomplish the organization objectives. It gives good outcome and customer
satisfaction approach. Adidas also having employees in different areas of world. Effective work
team members are more benefited and influencing according to nature of growth. This makes all
things clear and effective. This must provides better objective and growth. Overall, it brings new
advantages to make effective work and goals.
Functional team: functional team works and handle the daily function of the company. Adidas
is the manufacturing company which needs to maintain the effective function in order to
accomplish the manufacturing process effectively (Bolman and Deal, 2017)Functional team of
the adidas works major task for the organization which take care of all the function in across the
overall working. Functional department maintained all necessary functions of the organization.
Technological factor also helps to give innovative and virtual strength in between employees.
Company also adopts different techniques and technology in order to connects with their
different employees across the world.

Problem solving team: problem solving is the team which removes issues and conflicts within
working for getting the best productive outcomes. In this group there are various employees
which are well qualified and skilled to make the environment productive and impressive.
Problem solving team needs to adopt different attractive and impressive techniques in order to
reduce the issues in the company. Technology and advanced technologies also helps to mitigate
the issues between the work (Luthans, F., Luthans and Luthans, 2015).
Project team: Project team is form for the main objectives is to adopts different projects to give
more profit revenue to the company in order to develop the company brand image. Team
members of project team is works together on the same project this helps to make company
performance more productive and efficient. Project team assign the work to other department in
order to complete the overall objectives. Project team make effective team leadership power and
goals.
Group form from different personality and skills people which gives their best
contribution to the team in terms of better or individual gives good performance for the company
benefits. Group or general goals are not having any specific task or goal to achieve. Every
individual set their professional goals as well as self-interest. Groups or team members are two
different things in the departments like team works together for a specific period of time or for
specific goals. Besides, group may or may not work for each there or not belong from the same
department. They all are work for individual. Team goals objectives. relate with the final

Tuckman’s team development model: it helps to define how team grow or works
together. How they face up challenges, overcome from the conflicts (Lazaroiu, 2015It gives new

Tuckman in 1965. Under this forming, norming and storming performing model has been given
for the team management. This impact directly on the behavior of individual which makes
person productive and committed to their work. In the model of forming all the employees or
workers are very polite and positive out of them some individuals are anxious which fails to grab
the method of working. In the next step in storming where in which individual push by the team
members to do something different and unique which means beyond the boundaries. It gives
power and new strength in terms of better performance. Initial in this stage people get

way of organization culture, environment employees get happy and motivated always. For
present fil adidas company has been taken into the whole study. Moreover, apart from that, it
also discussed about the motivational theory like Maslow need hierarchy theory, Herzberg two
factor and Alderfer’s and ERG theory. On the other hand, study also discussed about
organizational behavior theory which gives different modes of working in the environment of
business. Moreover, adman theory of management gives better position in terms of creating good
amount of positivity. On the other sides it also helps to make good amount of brand quality in
terms of future growth. Overall impact of technology on organizational behavior inspire
employees for better performance in the company.
