APPEAL 2
Appeal to Administrative Appeals Tribunal
I am writing in order to file an appeal against the decision made in the aspect
pertaining to the repayment of the debt amounting to three thousand five hundred and thirty
dollars and thirty one cents. Such a decision concluded by Department of Human Resources
of the Government of Australia implies that a grievous error has been committed which
seems to be in blatant breach of the principles of natural justice. It further implies that the
Department has completely ignored the aspects pertaining to the facts and circumstances as
far as the medical grounds are concerned with regard to the issues pertaining to mental health.
Such a decision made by the Department is unfair as it has not taken into consideration of the
issues related to mental health such as anxiety and depression as far as my grievances is
concerned. Additionally, such a decision has an agonizing effect over me to a huge extent as I
have issues pertaining to concentration on my studies to a huge level. The decision also
implies the strict interpretation of the letter of the law as far as the black lettered approach is
concerned with regard to the concluding upon decisions. It is also made in blatant violation of
the Disability Discrimination Act of 1992 to a huge extent as far as the aspect pertaining to
the acting in contrary to equality and fairness is concerned. With reference to the merits of
the case, the facts and circumstances have not been delved into in an effective and efficient
manner which is quite detrimental to the modus operandi of justice. It is also a violation of
basic human rights of a person.
