This letter is being written by me with reference to an open administrative assistant post
at RGB Network. I first acknowledged this vacancy last week while I was searching for suitable
job for my profile and came across the advertisement specifying the job description which suited
my educational and organisational experience. Please find my CV attached.
I am quite proficient in office administration as I have adequate experience throughout
the years in different fields, requiring me to perform office and administrative operations
consistently for different working scenarios. I have been subjected to accounting, maintaining
staff and employment records, purchasing stock as well as office supplies, scheduling meetings
and managing inventories. I have several technical and administrative skills which were used by
me during my time as administrative assistant. Moreover, during my time in other jobs in Human
Resource and Front Desk Department, I came across several opportunities which required me to
manage and maintain inventories and work with new databases. Even my education associated
with Administrative Assistant Course allowed me to gain insight on several operations that
would be beneficial for the company if they hire me for the post. In addition to this, my skills
related to working with effective software would also be effectively contributing to the
efficiency of the administrative post within the company.
I have been engaging in acquisition of quite a lot of information related to your company
and I feel your firm would provide me opportunities and a head start for my career in the field of
administration. I am quite affiliated with the activities which is required to be performed within
the job role in the administration department. Furthermore, with the knowledge and experience I
possess, I believe I could be a key asset for your company as during my time as an assistant in
my previous organisation, I held the reputation of performing my duties with utmost sincerity as

well verse with working through multiple software with ease, that would contribute in a better
management of the office documents and other essential information. Furthermore, I am quite
