INTRODUCTION
Technology is the one which is going to cover all the future which works in such a
manner that it makes the work very easy and in within time without any effort. Adapting to new
technology refers to getting and using the new technology which is there used in each and every
place mostly in companies and organisations which are there for commercial work. There is high
need for using these new technology to achieve the high market share and to be updated with
new technology help to give high competitive advantages to any company who is using new
technology for their business. This report is about adoption to new technology. Aim of this report
is to learn new technology and different uses of this technology in the business that can help to
learn many things that can use in future either in personal development or in personal
development (Songsiengchai, 2017).

Issues in companies related to Adopting to New technology
There are many of the issues which are there during adopting to new technology. Normal
issues which are there during adopting new technology are discussed further.
Understanding the New Technology- This is the one of the normal issues which is there
in the company when there is use of the new technology is being adopted. In this, no one has the
idea to operate those new technology within company. In reactional to this, there is major
problem is during operation of new technology for getting benefits through it.
Training and learning needs time- This is also one of the common problem when any of
the company like to have new technology in their business. There is need for high training for the
worker in relation to use of the that new technology in the company which can help for high
production for the company.
Resisting by staff members- This is one of the major problem in company when there is
adoption of new technology in company. Employee thinks that new technology can replace them
in few time and due to this, fear they like to avoid and resist the adoption of new technology in
their workplace (Villacañas de Castro, 2020).

Fear of failure after adopting new technology- This one is unique and major problem to
the company in which there is fear that when company is able to adopt new technology after
investing time and money but after that company is not able to get success for which new
technology was implemented. This creates fear for the company.
Reaction of issues due to adopting new technology in company
Above discussed companies issues which are there due to adopting new technology and
the reaction that are by the companies are going to be discussed further.
Understanding new technology- This is the one in which company is able to make some
better strategy which can help the company to get over this situation. In this, company is able to
get insure about the learning process for using the new technology and more research that can
help the company to better use of this.
Training to use new technology- Before adopting any new technology, company is able to
identify the need to learn the new technology in better way that can help to give better benefit for
the company. Company provides different training program that can help the employee to learn
this new technology in which this process need to much time to having different new things to
learn (Lee and et. al., 2017).
Resisting by employees- Company is well aware about this situation in which there are
many of the meeting help with the leaders and mangers which is regarding to make aware to the
employee who are there thinking that new technology is able to replace them with their work
because of having efficiency and speed.
Failure fear- Company fear about the failure which is when after adopting new
technology there is no benefits that has been assumed. In this situation company have already
planned well that can help to manage or earn what has invested in better term.
Recommendation
It is recommended that, there are many of the things which company can done in relation
to get better use of new technology in relation to better use. Company should provide better
training time to time to their employee to learn this new technology in better way. There is also
need to provide and spread awareness that there should not be any of the employee can get afraid
to adopt with new technology. Company should made better strategy which can help to get better
understanding of new technology along with to implement the adoption of new technology in

such a manner that employee get motivated to wok with new technology and should improve
their skills (Bett, 2020).

REFLECTION WRITING
During my learning time there are many things which I have learned many of the skills
which are there able to help me out in learning and help me to employ those learning in personal
and professional life. I want to job in smartphone company in which there is high need to learn
and aware form the latest technology and there in such companies of smartphones there are many
of the new technology is implemented time to time. In relation to this, there are different
technology which should be there used and to achiever any better job I need to learn many of the
skills and different knowledge that can help me out to get job in future in such area of technology
where there is continue change in the technology and different inventions is there that can used
as new technology to get better and increase the profit. In relation to this, I need to learn and
understand different new technology. For this, I need to learn and be better in the communication
in which I am good but need to be better that can help me out in getting better future as a
professional. I have learned that there are many of the skills in which I need to be better and
implement in my life to get better learning of those skills. Communication skill, team work skill,
time management and decision making are some of the skills which I need to be learnt and be
better in this (Finlay, 2019). Communication skills can help me in future job in adopting to new
technology to understand because there is need to have better communication to understand the
language which are there to reveal the data and information regardant the new technology. Team
work in the one which is also important in my future because it is not possible for an individual
to work on any of the new technology based work where, there company is able to work on for
better productivity. Time management is the one that is also necessary and able to help in future
which is by managing the time that is limited in nature and there is able to work on in such a
manner that different work of company and personal should be managed and completed in given
period of time. I need to learnt he problem solving skills in which there I should focus more that
I could learn this skill. These are some of the skills which can help to use the new technology
and that can use in future learning and personal and professional development (Navy and Bell,
2019).
