Technology is the one which is going to cover all the future which works in such a
manner that it makes the work very easy and in within time without any effort. Adapting to new
technology refers to getting and using the new technology which is there used in each and every
place mostly in companies and organisations which are there for commercial work. There is high
need for using these new technology to achieve the high market share and to be updated with
new technology help to give high competitive advantages to any company who is using new
technology for their business. This report is about adoption to new technology. Aim of this report
is to learn new technology and different uses of this technology in the business that can help to
learn many things that can use in future either in personal development or in personal
development (Songsiengchai, 2017).

Understanding the New Technology- This is the one of the normal issues which is there

idea to operate those new technology within company. In reactional to this, there is major
problem is during operation of new technology for getting benefits through it.
Training and learning needs time- This is also one of the common problem when any of
the company like to have new technology in their business. There is need for high training for the
worker in relation to use of the that new technology in the company which can help for high
production for the company.
Resisting by staff members- This is one of the major problem in company when there is
adoption of new technology in company. Employee thinks that new technology can replace them
in few time and due to this, fear they like to avoid and resist the adoption of new technology in
their workplace (Villacañas de Castro, 2020).

time management and decision making are some of the skills which I need to be learnt and be
