and innovative programs which would enable me to get involved in valuable hands-on

One of the motivations for submitting my application to Penn University includes the

clinical experience and theoretical content which emphasizes on holistic patient care and
research within a collaborative and cooperative team approach (Zori et al., 2012). Similarly, the

robust ethical and cultural tenets founded on Christian values.
After graduating with Bachelors in Nursing, the idea of a Master’s degree floated in my
head. I had always known my ultimate goal was to become a Nurse Practitioner. For five years I
toyed with the idea of going back to school to obtain a Master’s degree thus driving me to make
application to the Penn University. I have made the application at this time because I currently
work at Penn Medicine. This would give time to attend classes and also attend to my patients.
