What system design methodologies and techniques will you use?
There are many system development methodologies that can be used while developing a
system. The methodology that can be used for developing a software is agile scrum
methodology. The agile scrum methodology is an implementation of methods in which all the
teams has their own practices, tactics, and terminology. This is considered as a lightweight
project management agile framework which controls and manages the iterative projects and
incremental projects of all the types. In scrum methodology, the owner of the product works very
close with his team to identify the system and prioritize the functionality of the system
(Abrahamsson et al., 2017). This mainly comes in the form of Product Backlog. The scrum
methodology mainly consists of many features, non-functional requirements, and big fixes and
many more that are needed to be done in so that the system can be delivered successfully. Very
large organizations can use the method of agile scrum for delivering the software successfully.
What potential risks do you see that may prevent successful completion of your solution
design?
There are many risks that are involved in developing a software design. There are
schedule risks that are involved in project. When the tasks of the projects and the risks of
scheduling the task are not properly addressed, then the schedule of the project gets a slip (Turk,
France & Rumpe, 2014). The schedule of the project risks directly affects the project and effects
on the economy of the company. The other risks that are involved in the software development
are budget risk, operational risks, technical risks, as well as programmatic risks.
