1. Introduction
Leadership is a significant term that is incorporated by a leader for gaining the ability

individuals, entire organizations as well as teams. The emergence of this leadership is said to

procedure of a project along with the team members to achieve the set goals as well as to
cope with the organization objectives (Naidoo, Hewitt & Bussin, 2019). Moreover, there are
certain factors that are associated with leadership that makes the person at the position of a
leader to be much more enhanced. One of the significant characteristics that must be
associated in a leader is said to be the influence management skill. This skill is the most
important and effective skill set regarding any individual that are expecting to withhold the
position of leadership with effective influential skills.
The term leadership and influence are quite interrelated to each other. This is due to
the fact that the potential way adapted by a leader for leading their team or the organization
must be influential. Without this potential skill, a leader cannot direct the employees or the
members present in their team to put their best effort for the achievement of the potential
goals as set by the organization (Khan et al., 2015). The potential influence that is to be
