PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Summary of the analysis for each of the project that is undertaken
Project A: Construction of electric power line
The electric power line that was undertaken by the ABC Company mainly aims to
distribute the electrical energy properly over the large distances in order to fulfil the needs as
well as project requirements. It is analyzed that the planning phase of the project gets completed
and presently the project is mainly in the design phase. It is found that the entire project will get
completed in 3 years within $100 million. In addition to this, it is analyzed that the project faces
a lot of challenges as well as issues including improper stakeholder management, appropriate
risk management as well as different types of environmental projects (Bucero & Englund 2015).
The project team must focus on proper management strategies that resolve the risks and executes
the project effectively.
Project B: Construction of mobile relay station
The project mainly reflects on the construction of the mobile relay station in order to
provide proper facility of network signal. Presently the project is 30% complete but there are
number of issues related with the performance like the value analysis occurs that further helps in
showcasing that the project is not able to achieve the planned cost. In addition to this, it is found
that the construction work should be completed in 2 years by utilizing budget of around $10
million (Hornstein 2015). Moreover, it is analyzed that the project mainly faces a number of
risks including the gaps within the charter; problems in project objectives as well as poor
assessment of the project can generally create a number of issues. In order to execute the project,
the project manager should focus on the project progress.

Project C: Development of ERP system
The project mainly reflects on the development of an ERP system that helps in
performing all the operations of the interrelated systems like CRM, HRM as well as SCM. It is
found that the ERP implementation get completed within $3 million budget. The project is
generally being developed with the help of the specialized contractors who are generally being
overseen by the project management as well as staffs of the information technology within the
entire organization (Kaiser, El Arbi & Ahlemann 2015). Furthermore, it is analyzed that the
project generally faces a lot of issues and problems due to improper change control facility as
well as inappropriate scope management.
2. Description of the proposed solution for each of the project including the
feasibility
Project A: Construction of electric power line
The paper mainly reflects on the construction of electric power line by the ABC
company. It is found that the issues that the project is facing can be resolved by properly
managing the stakeholder as well as risks of the project. In addition to this, in order to avoid the
contradiction that occurs due to environmental issue, the government needs to buy a new rote
that costs additional $8 million which can further delay the project by 12 months. The option that
is provided for reducing the environmental issue is not considered feasible and therefore the
construction of electric power line is not found to be feasible (Kivila, Martinsuo & Vuorinen
2017).

of the project is considered as one of the important option for keeping both the time and budget
on track. Moreover, this project is considered to be feasible for the organization.
Project C: Development of ERP system
The paper mainly reflects on the development of an ERP system for the organization. It is
found that presently the project faces a lot of challenges due to improper change and scope
control. It is found that in order to manage the change and scope of the project, it is quite
necessary to focus on the ways that are helpful in controlling both the scope and change
