Abstract
The aim behind developing the project again was to mitigate the issues that were identified at the
early stage. There were several issues that include scope creep, lack of resources, improper
secluding of activities and inefficient communication among the stakeholder. The updated
project plan and project charter has been developed in such a way that it can offer better output
towards the organization. It is expected that by the end of the project, it will become easy to meet
the needs of the customers.

Introduction
The report is intended for the purpose of stating the measures that are taken for executing
the project effectively. With the help of this report it will become easy to understand the phases
and objective of updating the project components. A nexus infrastructure aims at designing a
mobile network for providing proper network facilities towards the residents.
Activities for executing project
The design of the mobile network tower for residential area is one of the most essential
projects. Thus it is important to ensure that all the phases are executed efficiently. At early stage
it was observed that the project phase this several issues at the time of execution. Thus in order
to remove the issues new project has been designed with all the necessary phases. In order to
develop a project effectively it is important to focus on developing the schedule and budget for
the project at the early stage. After identifying and calculating the overall needs of the project it
becomes easy to execute the project.
Several project management technologies are used for the purpose of ensuring that proper
technique has been implemented for executing the project. Hence it can be stated that with the
implementation of proper project management methodologies it will become easy to execute the
project within 3 years and 2 months. All the phases are evaluated effectively based on the time
frame so that it becomes easy to meet the target set by the project manager.
Reasons behind implementing project management plan
Project management plan is designed within the project so that it becomes easy to
organize the different components related to the project execution. It is important to have proper

control over the project plan so that the overall objective can be fulfilled. The different
components that are described within the project management knowledge area include the
integration management, scope, schedule, quality, cost, resource, communication and
procurement management. With the implementation of proper project plan it has been observed
that the project can be executed within the estimated time period and with the determined budget.
Hence it can be stated that with the help of a project plan it will become easy to ensure that the
project has been successfully.
Factors for evaluation
In order to ensure that the project has been completed within the original time frame
project schedule has been developed with the use of image project. MS project is a project
management tool that helps in aligning activities one by one so that it becomes easy to manage
the task. This also offers a better way of organizing the task. With the help of this tool it became
easy to understand that the project has been executed within the original time frame. Thus it can
be stated that with the help of proper project management knowledge it becomes easy to
successfully execute the project.
Additional costs
Additional cost that will be incurred with the project is associated with the extra
resources. It is important for the project manager to ensure that extra resources are being
managed efficiently so that in case of a lack of any resources the alternative can be used. These
costs are estimated to be around $560. The additional cost needs to be estimated from the early
stage so that it does not hamper the overall execution process of the project.

Conclusion
After evaluating the project successfully it can be stated that with the help of proper
project management technologies it becomes easy to meet the project objective. In addition to
these with proper scheduling and budgeting it became very easy to meet the target that was set
by the organization. Hence it can be stated that project management methodology have seen
executing a project successfully.
