ASSIGNMENT 2
Advanced security checklist
To have effective delivery of gold bullion, it is significant for a security firm to focus on some
activities. It has been noticed that armed escort assistance is being taken into account to make
sure that delivery of gold consignment has been accomplished effectively. In addition to this, it
can be said that use of a lead vehicle, tail vehicle and the armed vehicle is being considered as
critical aspect (Allen, 2012). It will make sure that armed escort team will be focused towards
roles and responsibilities until the consignment has been unloaded at the delivery point.
Standards regarding the POC are also implemented effectively so that goals and objectives can
be accomplished in the desired manner.
In addition to this, it can be said that there are other aspects which are being considered as the
critical aspect. The route of delivery will be designed according to the key aspect of areas like
Perth, mint, hat Street and Western Australia. Traffic information about these areas is also being
gathered to design the route. An alternative route for the delivery of a consignment is also
significant because it assists in the effective accomplishment of key goals and objectives
(Gerbershagen, 2012). The consignment and papers of delivery will only be hand over to the
client. To ensure the delivery of gold bullion, the checklist of weapons and equipment will also
be taken into account. It has been noticed that firearms and alarms will be installed effectively so
that in a case of emergency the issue can be resolved in the desired manner. Along with this,
22.40 calibre firearm will be provided to team members so that standards can be well maintained
in desired manner (Siriwardena, 2014). Moreover, further arm and ammunition will also be
provided to the team members so that they can protect the consignment from diverse risk.
Torches and magazine pouches are also being taken into account for sustainable development.
Soft skin escort vehicles are also being taken into account so that goals and objectives can be
accomplished in the desired manner. Proper documentation will also be referred as the critical
aspect in the checklist. In addition to this, it can be said that unique code number will be
provided to the client so that consignment box can not be opened by any other third party.
Security is a business function and thus the security program manager, so it is significant to make
sure about diverse standards which help in overcome the issues (Suleiman and Svetinovic, 2013).
Along with this, the background of client and team members will also be cross-checked to make

sure that objectives are being accomplished efficiently. The primary and alternative entrance of
the infrastructure is being taken into account. It will assist in overcoming the issue of theft and
other security aspects. With an assistance of this, the standards can be promoted in an appropriate
manner so that goals and objectives can be accomplished effectively. Licensing and other
standards of equipment will be cross checked effectively (Vacca, 2012).
