According to the author Mason and Robinson (2020) the term diversity is used by both
the individual differences and the people in the social differences. Therefore in order to
create diversity in workplace the companies or business organizations have to assess the
customers care benefits and establish diverse mentorship to the customers. This will be
helping the company to enhance diversity with the customers of the business. Therefore
censuring that relations with customer and clients demonstrate diversity.

to Australian society.

Anti-Discrimination legislation is something which makes sure that the

Ethical Principles are those which set the minimum standard of conduct and
integrity in the corporate bodies. These are the set of principles which try to seek
good moral in order to recognize their interest, right, safety and welfare.
Codes of Practice are set of rules which the employees need to follow ion the
workplace. Few codes of practice are Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Health
and Safety Regulations.
Privacy Laws refers to the laws which are known for dealing with the
regulations, storing and thus using the personally inflammable information which

collected in the private and public sectors.
The workplace Health and Safety Laws ensures that each and every employee in
the organization is given proper care and taken care of in time of minor and

people living in the society. The disability law is majorly owned by the
government itself in order to move towards making a inclusive and progressive
society.

1. Top 5 cultural backgrounds are mostly from the Christian countries, Islamic Countries,
Hindus, Africans and the Greek.
Top 5 religion in UK are Christians, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism and Aboriginal
traditional religions.
2. Diversity is known for creating a social terms if followed correctly within the
development of workforce. Diversity encourages employees to work with everyone
disregarding the sex, age, color, caste and religion.
The government has been taking care of the Australian diversity management in terms of
global economy. The government has set various types of measures in order to increase
diversity management.
Regarding innovation it can be said that the country is much endorsed with various types
of latest innovative techniques. With the help of introducing diversity in workplace the

Diversity also crates social justice as because it help a community to sit together with

the most important aspect for the people living in Australia. It helps the government
of the country to drive a better future for everyone living in the country. The kind of
diversity evident in Australian Post is Cultural Diversity.
2. The Australian Post saw the differences in a very positive way, they helped the
individuals to speak in different languages which is beneficial for employees to work
in workplaces.
