learning parameter and monitor the skill improvement process on a regular basis. However, it is
also essential to align the necessary resources required for bringing innovations to the classroom
learning techniques. On the other hand, it can be explained that the improper coordination can
become the major obstruction and it requires establishing the specific institutional goals. It is
notified that both the training and teaching contents are needed to the closely aligned with the
projected skill requirements of the labor market. Therefore, it can be implied that if the
educational institutes would reform as per the initiatives undertaken by the ministry of Education
and UNICEF, it would be beneficial in developing the qualified workers for the future prospects.
