In nursing, it refers to a research pyramid that gives a visual and logical illustration of various researches running from the most
dependable at the top to the least reliable at the bottom. However, there is no currently agreed upon a single level of evidence for the kind of
reports seeking to find out patient concerns and experiences (Ingham-Broomfield, 2016). The hierarchy also provides seven levels, with the
first one involving meta-analysis and systematic reviews, considered as the best evidence, and the last one involving ideas, opinions,
anecdotes, and editorials.

(c) Study Design
The overall strategy used by the author to get answers for the research
questions. In this researcher, the student will employ the descriptive study design
establish the practice and knowledge of BSE among females in hospital facility.
(d) Setting
On a daily basis, individuals seek services in hospitals. Therefore, this study
will be carried out in a health facility for efficiency.
(e) Sample
The desired sample size will be determined to achieve a sample of 60
respondents who will be able to provide data necessary for the research.
(f) Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria
The study will include all women of reproductive age, including those
attending reproductive health services in the facility (Fatimah, Juni & Rosliza,
2018). However, the study will not include women with health emergencies and
those who will not fall within the reproductive age range of 15-49 years.
(g) Recruitment Process Random sampling will be used in the recruiting process. This will involve
assigning a random number to all willing participants, then everyone with even
numbers will be recruited to the survey. Random sampling will ensure there is no
bias in identification and selection of the study participants (Olaogun et al., 2017).

Consequently, valid and reliable results will be obtained on the issue of BSE.
(h) Informed Consent Process
The researcher will ensure that the consent document is the most current
and approved by IRB, and copies will be provided before its discussions. For
respondents who cannot read, verbal consent will be sought in the presence of a
witness (Olaogun et al., 2017). The document will also be read to the respondents
and explained what it is like to take part in the study for a better understanding.
When completing the obtaining consent, a signed copy will then be offered to the
respondent
(i) Data Collection Methods In this study, it will be done through the use of structured self-administered
questionnaires. The researcher will develop questionnaires and will administer
them to the study respondents who will meet the inclusion criteria (Olaogun et al.,
2017). The questionnaire will include a series of questions that will need to be
answered by the study participants. Moreover, the participants will be required to
respond to similar questions that were arranged in the same order (Jimam Dangiwa
& Salami, 2017). The advantage of using questionnaires is the fact that they are
cheap to design and require little effort when compared to other data collection

methods. Data will also be collected on Wednesdays and Thursdays for the benefit
of researcher’s efficiency.
(j) Data Analysis Methods
All the questionnaires will be checked manually for uniformity,
completeness, and accuracy. Questionnaires that will be complete and accurate will
then be coded and entered in the computer ready for analysis. Data will then be
analyzed by use of version 20.0 of SPSS. Descriptive statistics will then be used to
describe and summarize the data, and it will then be presented by the use of tables,
figures, and narrative forms.
(k) Ethical considerations
To protect the rights of the institution, the researcher will obtain ethical
clearance from the University and also request permission to research the health
facility (Mihas, 2019). Also, the researcher will assure the participants of their right
to confidentiality and privacy, and equal treatment and informed that they would be
free to leave from the study whenever they feel. Written consent will also be
acquired from the respondents before the questionnaire is filled (Ketefian, 2015).
Besides, All the questionnaires will not include the names of the participants.
However, coded numbers will be used.

Sharing of the research results will include the health facility team, the community, and the study participants. In this case, the
researcher will offer a link to a website or a social media platform where the finding will be posted (Ahmadian et al., 2016). However, the
presentation of the results will also be done to the stakeholders who will wish to join face to face.

Financial obstacles. Disseminating data requires financial resources to facilitate the process (Pervez, Thakur & Farhan, 2018). Data
sharing may involve face to face presentation, which might then require other organizations to support the process.

Challenges with data organization and presentation (David, 2018). For data to be clearly understood and be useful, it must be
well organized and presented to the stakeholders and thus, without this, it will be a barrier

Culture. The issues dealing with individuals misusing the data can become a barrier to sharing the findings of the research
(Figueiredo, 2017). Besides, competitors may also try to find new results, and the data can be misinterpreted.
