5. Estimated Techniques used
The project cost estimation had been done using bottom up approach for the project of
Advantage Energy Technology Data Center Migration. The bottom up estimation approach
involves the project manager estimating the costs of each of the activities and it is the most
accurate method of calculating the project cost. Although it is time consuming because it
involves the speculation of the factors of labour, direct expenses, indirect expenses, and
