advantages in the student life (Cottrell, 2019). Development of study skills and learning strategy
helps individuals to gain high motivation that helps in better growth of personal and professional
career of the person. Good study skills increase the confidence level of the person and also it
helps to enhance self esteem. E- learning plays important role in in variety of success of students
life. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic students face various issues in their learning process and e-
learning helps them to gain effective knowledge and information at home. However, there are
various advantages and disadvantages of e learning that could have impact on the career growth
and success of student. In this report various advantages and disadvantages of e-learning is

The global pandemic situation there are various issues that students face due to lack of
facility or lock down situation. However, e-learning play vital role in the education and growth
of the students during the pandemic situation (Heron, 2019). This situation in over all world
introduce some new ways of learning through the online platforms. Many educational institution
initiate e-learning so that students can use this platforms for the better growth and fulfilment of
objectives. Many schools in India also start e-learning process in their institutions. Below are
various advantages of e-learning explained.
Increased access and reach: In the situation of COVID 19 e-learning provide easy
access to the student to learn at their home safely. E-learning increase access because it can be
use by any one at any place that helps the students to gain effective growth in the market and
increase the level of proficiency in educational career. E-learning needs device and connectivity
of the internet and with both students can learn in most effective manner. It reduce the time
waste of the students because of pandemic situation.
Efficiency: E-learning helps the educational institution to provide effective lesson to the
students so that is can helps them in better growth and effective learning. E-learning lecture can
be recorded by the individual so that it can helps them to learn after the classes. E-learning can
help large number of the students to learn in most effective manner and increase their efficiency.

ask question in the online class rooms. It also helps them to increase the level of confidence and
motivation to learn in most effective manner. It gives platform to the students who was not able
to get attention in the offline classes due to the shy nature. It enhance the level of growth
students want in their educational career and increase efficiency in their future growth.
