Due to covid-19 pandemic, colleagues has started undertaking online exam in order to
analysis various things that student has learned during the year. Online examination can also be
termed as e-examination which is conducted by university by making use of internet connection
in order to take test of student that are living in different parts of world. Answer processing
modules, allowing evaluators and candidates complete the test are all included in online
examination that are conducted of student after emergence of Covid-19. There are several pros
and cons of taking online examination such as it contributed in saving lot of time, paper and
money. Like the biggest benefits of taking online examination is that there is no need to print
paper for examination thereby it helps in saving trees, paper etc. Another pros of taking online
examination is that it helps in saving lot of time as examination conductor does not have to
waste time in distributing paper. Thus, they just have to upload email to all students, send them
an invitation moreover it leads in getting result instantly (Nemetz, Eager and Limpaphayom,
2017). At the same time it saves money of student as they need not have to travel to specific
location in order to conduct the exam thus student living in remote area can also attend the
reason. Moreover, online examination is more secure as little used to share questions among
exam takers to head start. Thus, it can be interpreted that online examination is more economic,
ease to use and highly secure method to conduct examination of student. On the other hand,
there are numerous cons of taking online examination is that exterminator has to keep in mind
that student will give their exam in their respective devices at their respective time. So nobody
will be there to check the same, therefore it has to spend time in order to alter the question in
order to effectively conduct test. The answer of question asked can be easily retrieved from book
or internet by student easily so it is not much fruitful method of conducting online examination
of several students (Yamaguchi, Ito and Nishida, 2018). The Biggest cons of the online
examination is that it more suspected for fraud so exterminator need to undertake all crucial
steps so that student does not cheat in order to get higher grade. Moreover, lecturer or teacher
find difficulty in grading long answer type question that are necessary as subjective required
manual grading. So, for it exterminators has to spend additional time in order to grade student
whether it has written correct answer or not. Infrastructural barrier is also one of cons of online

examination as there are remote areas in which there is not proper access to internet connection,

these are some pros and cons of conducting online examination that need to be known by both
terminator and students. Important steps or action need to be undertaken by exterminator to
