My learning experience and effectiveness
The era has change with digital revolutionary changes in the mode of communication
with the people from the social networking for the business. Use of social network in the
business is the most effective way to generate networking for business. There are several benefits
of the social networking for effectively operating business. Therefore, in this way following is
my own learning and experience with social networking:
Increasing brand recognition: With the help of social networking visibility of the brand
in front of people will increase. Once the brand became identity than the business growth will be
more. It also helps to find out more customers (Mangold and Faulds, 2009).
Cost Effective Campaign Solutions: social network is the platform where I can get the
more customer with the help of campaign. The different network will give better solution and in
an effective cost that creates several benefits in business. This campaigning has aim is to reach
the brand the new products' information to the targeted customer.
Therefore, the usefulness of the social network can get the high net worth of business.
To find manpower: Finding manpower for the business is the difficult task in the any
organisation. So the social network will help me to get a skilled manpower easily by connecting
with the different people. For example linked is the best platform to hire the new employees
(O'Keeffe and Clarke-Pearson, 2011).
To know about the Competitor: I can also connect with the different people will help to
get the information about the competitor steps in the existing market which can be easily help in
me in business to plan according to the steps of competitor.

learning of mine in the social networking on the general life perspective is recommendable.
Depend on the age the network will be more and they will help to know the new learning things
with the social network. Application of this knowledge will be depends on the situation arise in
front of me to get over it (Xiang and Gretzel, 2010). To solve any conflicts regarding it is the
best way to deal with our problem in the global world.
Objectives in learning process
Some are the basic understanding of the social network get from this reflect. That using of
social network will give high benefits such as targeting the customer and reduce the cost of the
advertisement changes in then marketing strategic. I did in this learning that from the different
part of the networking site I had log in and the search the useful people for our learning. The site
are very helpful for our learning on the social network in which they had given the useful tips to
use. Communication with the different parts of the people and collect the information to know
exact their experience of the social network. Also, I had compiled the information analysis them
in a file which generalise that the different people have the different experience of the social
network. I had read the different topic to use the social network in the real life. The privacy of
the people are not maintained inn from the social media which the major drawback of the social
network. This is the learning of the outcomes in which the social network will give higher
contact from across the world. I had seen that the culture and the language they also affect in the
communication. So the communication in the different language is the important factor if I want
be part of the social networking. I hear that threat from the social media is the new way of
generalising the privacy of people to use for illegal activities.

Own learning
The most outstanding experience I learn from this research is that without social
networking in today's era business is not possible to operate it successfully. The more presence
of the business in the social media the more network will get. If the social network is high
growth of the business will be more. This learning also make my research successfully. I also
learn that social network is not to connect with the people or to message them for the new
products' information. But with the help of some tools of the social network will get the easy
client reach will be more. I had learned that social network for the business have some pros and
cons which can be loss for the businesses. I have some confusion before starting my research for
the business in which it clears that the social network is the only platform to execute the
marketing strategies. The business research will give ideas about the social network in the
descriptive manner. I had use some terms for the business researches which I have not aware
about before this research on social networking in topic. The benefits which I had get from this
learning for the business research giver more career opportunity in the future. I have to do some
more research about such topics which gives more clarity for learning in the future. I will
research about such projects will give more knowledge on the different parts types of the
approach to the business.
Learning process
The process I had followed in research with according to the research style which I had
made before the string the research. The purpose of the research is clear to get the basic
understanding of the business. The topic I has selects on the basis of my interest. I did this
activity to get the descriptive idea about the social networking importance for the business. I had
done the introduction part in the project to give a brief idea about the topic which I had decide
and the what I am going to learn from this research are the part of this project. In the project 2 I
had done the literature review which' gives the scholar who had already researches the topic with
descriptive studies in the past. I had also research on the same area with the different topic which
will help to get basic understanding of the topic which I had decided. Literature review covered
the all the scholar who had done their research which gives the whole research in the new
direction. In addition to this, I want to do this type of research will give the brief idea about the
topic and the learning will be more from such topic will help to complete the project. The more I
read the literature review clarity of the topic will be get the better research and the conclusion

will be effective. As result the hypothesis and the other research style I had use to for topic. I will
learn more from the areas of business.
Plan in the learning
From this business research I had learn that the social networking is the important tool for
the growth in the business. The learning I will use in my business in the future to develop the
strategies and reduce the cost of the advertisement form he social networking. I will also try to
learn. The way I had done this project I can easily understand the different topics related to that. I
had also used in the future to make more specific decision on such learning which I can get the
better career opportunities. I will also us in the professional life in which I can connect with the
different class of people related to the industry and the more network will help to get high net
worth. I can use this learning in my course to get more knowledge about the other specific
subjective which is covered in my course (Heller Baird and Parasnis, 2011). In the future, I can
apply it for ascertain more profits and revenue in systematic aspect. It will help to solve conflicts
which could be impact negatively on the business operations and functions. It also assists to
interact me with different people that enhance knowledge and skills for ascertain effective
functioning.
