Tourism plays an important role in everyday life of an individual by
giving them break from the busy work life and is proved to be a mood
buster by engaging an individual in travelling to different new regions
(Anuar and et.al., 2022). This helps them to learn about the culture and

The various adventure tourism destinations in
UK are Cumbria, East Sussex, Oxfordshire,
Highlands of Scotland. These destinations offer
various land, water and sky adventurous
activities like the water activity at by the
Highlands of Scotland which facilitates the
water activity by kayaking and paddling to
explore the uninhabited islands of the west coast
of Scotland with a four days of water adventure
and exploring the remote bays which also helps
