My Work Experience related to Marketing:
Marketing baby clothes requires the attention of parents, particularly mothers towards the
quality of material. Parents give more priority to the softness and quality of fabric rather than
design and colour.
A Brand I Love:
One of my most favourite brands is American body care brand Kiehl’s. The company
offers a wide range of skin, hair and body care products at fairly reasonable prices. I was
introduced to the brand by a friend three years ago and since then I have switched to Kiehl’s for
most of my body care requirements. I have received the best results from the Line Reducing Eye-
Brightening Concentrate, Super-Multi Corrective Cream and the Avocado Creamy Eye
Treatment (Kiehl's 2019). Although on the slightly costlier side, these products have really
helped improve my skin conditions such as dark circles and patches. Compared to other beauty
and skin-care brands such as The Body Shop and Sulwhasoo, I have received more effective and
notable results from using Kiehl’s products.
Kiehl’s offers complementary skincare consultations by professional dermatologists and lets you
try out free samples at their retail stores. The products have a very premium feel and the use of
natural extracts and alcohol-free solutions ensure no side effects or irritable sensations during
and after use (Montell, 2019). Kiehl’s has a vast range of products to providing all possible
solutions for hair, skin and body, including a separate range of products exclusively for men. The
brand also offers a small range of products for mothers and babies such as baby’s nurturing face
and body cream; hair and body wash and lip balm (Kiehl's 2019). This makes the brand a
universal body-care destination for all sorts of clientele.
