This study has helped in identifying the significance of project management and its vital role in
conducting a project in a successful manner. I have identified the important factors which are
required to be conducted in a thorough and brief manner. After the assessment of project
requirements, it is important to divide the work accordingly so that it can be started. Therefore,
this study highlights the different roles and responsibility required to be undertaken for the
advertising project. The responses of employees in accordance with workplace culture have also
been briefly accessed. This aspect could have been a lot better if a thorough plan would have
been evaluated to identify the current internal problems so that adequate strategy can be
formulated.
However, I have effectively understood the importance of communication required in a project.
Due to this, effective means of communications have also been highlighted in this study through
which the project members can stay up-to-date and connected with one another. One of the most
important aspects which I have understood through this study is the need for open
communication so that the end results can be successful. This process has been applied for
clarification for various requirements for a better formulation of the project. The method of
clarification has been conducted through the aid of Skype and has been asserted in this study in
the form of roleplay. This helped me in understanding the potential problems which could arise
during the project and its effective measurements through which it can be avoided as well.
Through the aid of this project, it has also been understood that for its appropriate conduction,
various precautionary measurements are required to be adopted. However, this aspect has not
have accessed in this study. The importances of taking safety precautions are employees are a
must since it is the responsibility of the company to take care of such aspects. In a future study,
this scope is required accessed in a brief manner. I have also identified that the problems faced
