1. Most of the young learners who lived in the country and from Syria do not get the
education as has been required. Young learners who are given shelter in the army campus are
found to good in education and that they need to be educated. Most of the school does not
give any kind of educational support to those children. Therefore, it is of need to help the
children from the army shelter to give proper education. Extra curriculum activities will be
provided to those learners so that they cannot feel bored.
2. The young learners will be provided with a meal three times a day. Most of the people
taking shelter in the refugee camps do not get quantity food which has been of their
requirement. The children need to provide the quantity of food by taking care of the quality.
They will be given food according to the preferences and made sure that that food does not
harm their religious beliefs. Fresh food will be provided to the students and not the food that
has been cooked a day before as it will affect their mental and physical growth.
3. Most of the students taking shelter in the refugee camps do not have the attire to get out in
the locality. They will be provided with the best attire so that they can go out and enjoy
themselves with other children. Counseling session needs to be taken care of those children.
4. An initiative needs to be taken by the local people of the area to take care of their
education. School authorities are requested to make their admission to the school so that they
can make engagements with other children.

Teaching the Gifted learners
Children need not to be distinct according to the
gender or the color of skin. Primary duty of all
the educational institute is to provide the children
with the best of education so that they can taste
success and achieve goal that they dreamt of.
Teachers should not develop preference method
among the children who have experience to those
who have not been experienced. All the children
are gifted with talents of their own. Gifted
learners must be provided with gifted education

Developing Curriculum
The curriculum need to be developed according to
manner. Most of the students may not understand
English in an easy manner. According to the need of the
students the curriculum needs to be developed in such a
way that all the students can easily understand the
curriculum that has been selected for their learning. If
needed then bilingual teachers need to be appointed so
that they can understand everything in a simple way
(Dai, 2017)

Education with all
Gifted education does not restrict a child from
having education with all other children of same
age. Eduaction must be provided to the children
with that of the other children of same age and
made sure that differentiation does not remain and
that all children are educated with the same thing
and in the same manner. This initiative needs to be
taken by the school authorities and that the teachers
must support education for all. Same attention must
be given to the students irrespective of their
intelligence level so that education must be
provided in th best possible way (Kim, 2016)
Process in a creative way
Most of the students will not be able to make friendship
with the other students who have been in the school for
long. In order to develop a good relationship with the other
students ans made sure that all of the students are taking
interest in the course creative people must be bring into the
class rooms. Without disrespecting the teachetrs and the
efforts they provide a fun session needs to be provided so
that they can enjoy the academic session. Authorities of the
school are aasked to take this kind of initative so that
students can enjoy learning rather than getting feared.
Initially no books will be allowed by the school to take
away. All that is of need is that students must come to
school and enjoy reading. Creative development needs to
be insulated for overcome bariers of education.

Detailing plan
Gifted learners will be pointed out from different places of the country and made sure
that they will be requested for continuing their learning. People who will be given the
initiative to look for gifted learners will directly contact the school authorities. As opined by
Matthews and Dai (2014), education if not provided to the students overall and still a fine line
between the economy of people is drawn then young learners will be deprived of the need
that society must provide. Before the work could get to take the start it is requested that the
school authorities must provide a letter of participation and that the name of the willing
people is to be enlisted.
Every month on 10th a special meeting will be held at the school premises. In this
meeting, it will be discussed of the problems and the achievement that has been faced by the
people who are voluntarily participated in it. According to Mayes and Hines (2014), in most
cases, it has been found that due to the miscommunication works cannot be completed and
these serious issues are entirely overlooked by most of the people. Therefore, it is of need that
people who are involved in the benevolent work needs to attend the meeting. In this way, the
communication process which is of need to maintain the progress of the work will be
maintained.
In every place a team will be developed and that the head of the team will contact the
principal of the school every single day. The principal will enlist the progress and the
problems that have been faced by a team or a team member. According to the problem that
has been faced by the team a specialized people will be asked to look for the problem and
take preventive steps according to that. As opined by Mudrak and Zabrodska (2015), without
involving the school in the specialized work it is not possible to develop communicated with
target groups.

A specialized online platform will be developed where each member will be given
access to take specialized tips regarding the problems they are facing. As opined by Oliver
and Kirk (2016), in most cases it has been found that education of girls becomes a problem
and for that reason, the school authorities will be asked to develop a specialized program that
helps the girl children to have the gifted education.
In order to develop communication that helps in the process of getting information, all
the members are asked to come for a conference call after the end of the day’s task. The
school authorities will be asked to permit a room for a meeting in the evening. The mayor of
the county will be asked to attend for a meeting session so that officially they can get to know
of the charitable task that has been taken into consideration. According to Zeidner and
Matthews (2017), Government approval is of need as it helps in developing the work in
together.
