Introduction

as elements of the project and is usually submitted to the customer. Therefore deliverables can be
illustrated as the final output which is to be delivered to the customer. A memo is essential in
that it enables the quality control team to quickly identify problems facing the Aero Coast plane
and keenly embark on solving the challenge to keep the client happy and satisfied with ices
rendered. This is critical in ensuring that the same problem does not occur again in the future
(Kwan & Rutherford, 2015).

checking airline worthiness. Bob Gunney, as the senior inspector, kindly note that the plane was
grounded for revoking the Federal Aviation Administration policies and standards. The line
mechanic will be delayed for the particular repairs hence making it cumbersome for the widgets
to be delivered to the client at the appropriate time. Kindly ensure to enhance the efficiency in
the process of examining the planes before takeoff as they can be inconvenienced thus delay in
the flight. This will make the customer not to be satisfied with the services rendered. I don’t see
the essence of signing off a plane yet it faces some technicalities with will affect the cordial
relationship with the customer (Ballweg, Burrill, Burrill & Terao, 2017)

Aero Coast has always ensured that its customers are still satisfied with the service
delivery. The Global Weight Freight contributes to about 17% of the annual income. There is
essence for the company to better its operations to maximize the customer base by ensuring that
the customers are happy with the service delivery. The Vice President of Aero Coast Mr. Ned
Masters should take the sole responsibility of providing that the goals and objectives of the
Company are achieved by putting all the efforts required in the ensuring that the planes are well
maintained and examined before the official take off ((Orlady, 2017). The staff assigned the role
of inspection should be enhanced regarding skills to explore the plane properly to ensure that the
equipment is well coordinated and accident-free. The essence of this should be in making the
customers’ happy and maintaining a good relationship with them for a cordial relationship.
