This report proposes a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementation for the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ). It begins with an overview of AFAANZ, highlighting its challenges in managing a growing client base and the competitive landscape. The report includes a SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces analysis to evaluate the organization's internal and external environments. The core of the report details the seven phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. It also addresses project management, change management, and risk management considerations for a successful CRM implementation, including stakeholder training and post-implementation activities.
