had been broken, and my friend had played the role of the service providing agent. The situation
so happened that I had to lodge a complaint with regard to the poor delivery of a particular

to receive the value that I ought to have received against the sum of money I had paid, I was met
with the awkward reply that the claims made by me were unjustified and that the things which I
was asking for went against the company policy. I was quite intrigued at the fact that even before
letting me complete my point, the other person had jumped to conclusions in a rather rude and
uncouth tone due to which I felt quite hurt. More than being aggressive and to lay a claim to
what I ought to have received justifiably, I felt like I should give up on the conversation and not
allow myself to be much bothered about what had happened.

quite proactive and ensure full safety and security of the information provided by the client. The
computer enabled systems at our organization is quite safe and is under the radar of high security
which ensures that our systems do not get hacked easily. Our organization has strict policy
guidelines in which it has been declared that the information of the clients shall not be disclosed
to any third party organizations. In case, the organization feels that it has to convey some
information to the client, then it ensures that it does directly through the portals of the
organization. No confidential information on which the safety and security of the client is based

solving activity is to be embarked upon by the organization, and that involves the disclosure of
