Type of case and the identification of the problems
The case enumerated the different types of systems in the development process of an IT
program in Bulgaria. The issues that are enumerated in the case is due to lack of managerial
control over the agile processes in IT. The complications in the IT implementation process
might affect the proper functioning of the software implementation programs undertaken by most
of the companies in Bulgaria. The lack of proper managerial knowledge of the processes has
restricted the operations of the Bulgarian software companies.

The implementation of project management methodologies might be induced in the case
for the better understanding of the procedures that might be undertaken by the managers at the
software companies in Bulgaria. On the other hand, the case depicted the agile methodology in

methodology in the organizational operations has helped the same in maintaining the efficacy of
the operations while operating in diverse international markets. On the other hand, the
methodology provides different provisions for corrections in the software developmental
process, which helps an organization in enhancing the operations of the same.
