Task C:
This report will provide a suitable methodology for the management of the project of
both Client A and Client C. It will tailor the methodology and customizes it to suit the needs of
the client. It will discuss on the use of the selected methodology and the reason of why it is
suitable for the firm growth. Finally, a plan has made to implement the proposed methodology.
For both the client A and client C, the agile methodology would be the best choice. The
reason is that with the first implementation of this model it might be that the organizations face a
failure in the first cycle. However, with the ongoing process, this model has the ability to make
some incremental changes from the one that was release previously. In this way, it will help the
organization to identify the small issues and address them before involving into a big problem.
Even in this process, the organisation can engage the business stakeholders to get their feedbacks
in the whole developing process.
Agile methodology has proven to be the highest rate of adoption in the business. This
methodology has enabled the organization to adapt changes in the business organization that has
provided solution to the limitation that was found in the traditional methodology (Mukerjee
2014, p.56). To implement the methodology, the previously used methodology have replaced by
the agile methodology for the development of the software products and application. With
iterative or phased planning and continuous integration, the customer satisfaction has increase in
comparison to the traditional method. Feasible and preferable changes has made in the
organization by the implementation of agile methodology. The drawbacks of the traditional
model that have affected the project success have now reduced by adopting the new
methodology (Hornstein 2015, pp.291-298).

The way the agile methodology has continuously used and adopted by many software and
accounting firms that has lead the development of the software. For the accounting firm the
method can help to provide services through co-sourcing and outsourcing option. It provides a
customer satisfaction that will enable the customer to immensely get involved for cooperation.
Agile is an early delivering methodology with minimum bureaucracy for the business value
(Gregory et al. 2016, pp.92-104). The adaptability of the agile methodology is high due to the
iterative nature of the method. If there is any changes need to be made can be detected even with
the work flow. As a result, the measurement is more accurate and better. The risk also get reduce
as it immediately detect the issue at the initial stage. Agile is such a method where the collection
of building software has done from initial instead of building the software at once. This industry
has been growing rapidly and at the same time firms has encountered some limitations with the
traditional software before applying the agile methodology into the real life projects of software
(Subhan & Bhatti 2015, pp.812-820). There was a time where it took 12 months long to
complete the project execution cycle. Today by the use of agile method, the strategic project
execution has done within 3-6 months. This is the reason why agile methodology is suitable for
the software and accounting firm.
To implement the agile methodology, the first thing that needs to do is iteration. For that each

Scrum, a part of the agile methodology, in which a small team has to manage to work in a project
management framework. In this way, they can reveal all kinds of strength and weaknesses in the
project. The owner of the product has to develop some set of features known as product backlog
for each sprint. Then from the product backlog, the teams select the top feature and deliver them
at the end of a sprint. The feature is then broken down into smaller task. Once the sprint starts,
the team member has to give information about the status of the task and discusses the problem
in the daily meeting to solve the problem by the scrum master. After the sprint is complete, the
team has to present the feature for approval to the product owner and a review of the feature in
the sprint review. Finally, there has to be a discussion for the overall process improvement in the
retrospective meeting by the scrum master, product owner and the team member. In the meeting
they will decide to agree a particular feature and break them into smaller task in the sprint
backlog which will be develop by the product owner.
From the above it has concluded that agile methodology would be the best choice. In
