AI Summary
The assignment discusses the implementation of advanced information systems through software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, emphasizing the Agile Scrum methodology. The student agrees to refine their work based on feedback received during initial weeks, focusing on implementing a high-quality agile SDLC approach. This involves selecting and initiating a project within a fictitious organization, aiming to meet stakeholder requirements effectively. The approach includes steps such as product backlog creation, sprint planning, executing scrum meetings, and conducting retrospectives. The paper references studies on software security models in the context of SDLC, and examines various software development process models, underlining the significance of selecting appropriate methodologies for successful project management.

1ADVANCED INFORMATION SYSTEM
I agree with the feedback that I had received on my work and I will implement the
actionable aspects of the received feedback. I will be implementing the various steps for the
SDLC using agile scrum methodology as it was mentioned a better approached methodology for
the SDLC. I will be implementing this methodology within a fictitious organization as the
suggested methodology will be better explained as per the virtual requirements of the
organization and its stakeholders. I will also try to implement the feedbacks received during the
first and second week at my works and thus, will be trying to enhance the performance of my
suggested approaches. I will try to implement the high quality agile SDLC method that will
include all the aspects for the lifecycle of this methodology. The life-cycle of this methodology
will be including the selection of the project, initiation of the project, delivery of the working
system that will be helpful in meeting the requirement of the stakeholders. Product backlog
creation will be my very first objective for this execution followed by the sprint backlog creation
and sprint planning. After the completion of these objectives, I will be executing the scrum
meetings through working on the sprint in manner to bring positive results of the feedback given
on my work. Then the next objective during my development of the project will be product
demonstration and testing followed by the very last step including the next sprint planning and
retrospective in manner to execute a simple and effective SDLC.
